I would recommend this hotel and I would go back again, the experience was enjoyable from the minute we entered the hotel until the minute we left, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, comfortable, well kept, and the staff was so nice and extremely helpful. Also, the hotel is so close to everything, we just walked to all the sites, so we didn't have to pay any of the high parking prices down by the falls, which in turn, made their $9 a day parking fee extremely resonable. I've paid as much as $29 a day at other locations. I visit Niagara Falls often and this was by far my most comfortable stay. There are 2 restaurants, The Country Chalet (breakfast) and Vinny's, which they recommend at the hotel and they are both wonderful. I would also recommend those restaurants. Enjoy your stay!

“It was everytjing we wanted”

Honnestly, i can't see what people are complaining about. I though this was a lovely hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, walking distance to the falls (5-7 minute walk), the casino (right across the street), and the major tourist area, the place was clean, nice comfortable beds, a couple of really great on-site restaurants... My sister comes to Niagara often so when i told her i was going to take a little trip there she booked me a room at this hotel. I'm glad she did because it made our stay so pleasant. I've stayed in bad hotels before and that can totally ruin your trip. I would stay there again and again and again!

“Great location”

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the falls. If its a view you want this really doesn't offer it. But it is located in a great spot. You only have to cross two roads to get to the hill incline. The room was very clean and enjoyable. The hot tub was a little dirty so we didnt use it. Overall I would stay here again just because of its location and its lower price vs. the high dollar hotels across the street.

Great condition for a budget hotel; rooms are standard, very neat. Location is perfect, minutes of walking to the casino and the falls.

The hotel is conveniently located around Niagara Falls view, walking trail and other entertainment areas. It was good value at Expedia rate.
