You’re limited to the hotels restaurants. Uber eats and DoorDash doesn’t accept orders going to this hotel because it’s at the airport. Besides that the hotel was very clean

There was maintenance being done, and it was difficult to get in the entrance Plus, I requested a king bed was promised to King and then when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have it any longer

Everything about this Hotel Costs Money !! And it wasn’t really an outstanding hotel either. Parking was 47 dollars. That’s Insane because my rental car wasn’t that much !!

Would have liked better guidance on how to get there. Arrived after mid-night at Newark and it turnout to be best to walk. Very little guidance on how to get there. Staff was good, but the building is a bit shabby.

First, the property is advertised as allowing for access from Newark (EWR) terminals on foot. This is NOT the case. There is no (safe) way to get to the hotel on foot. So you are left with a shuttle that is (per the posted signs) supposed to come every 15 minutes, and comes every 25-30 minutes, at least for the 2 days I was there. (Which is all that matters to me.). No apology, no explanation, and no attempt to rectify (how about a free snack or drink ?)

All went very smooth, came in late in AM and they still had my room (downgraded from king to double bed, no big deal). Very convenient except for the wait time for the shuttle from airport to the hotel.

Good: close to airport. Bad: just about everything else. Supremely overpriced and food delivery services will not deliver there so you are forced to eat their mediocre overpriced food if you don’t want to cab it into the city. Stay elsewhere for way less money and Uber back and forth.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Per the operator, Hotel only had limited staff. We were cold and waiter over 2 hours for a blanket and pillow when the hotel wasn’t even full. Restaurant was limited, concierge lounge wasnt very clean.
