We were given a room right next to the elevator on the 10th floor. It was awful with noise from people getting on and off the elevator and the loud clunking sound of the elevator. We asked for a room change and were told that our Expedia rate restricts us to certain rooms! I guess that means only crappy rooms. We spent 3 jet-lagged nights getting no sleep!!

Unfortunately the things that make this a lower rating are the proximity to the rail station, homeless, and general extreme urban exposure. Coupled with lack of evening amenities - limited restaurants and you may not want to walk to them.
