Bedrooms are all on ground floor with a bathroom, living/dining room on first level with deck and a loft above living room. Loft ladder is a vertical ladder on wall with no sides and loft has no way to lock it or secure so active supervision of young kids required. "Lovely place to stay, amazing views of the hokianga harbour, fantastic sunsets, great area, friendly locals, the place had everything we needed, we were all comfortable, unable to connect to wifi or get freeview going, but the property manager refunded us some money towards personal data. Only downfall for us, was that even though the property is pet friendly, its not fenced so we couldnt allow our fur baby to freely be outside and just relax, with the main road just below a worry, however great...
