“NY best hotel”

Very clean and not expensive, 5 minutes walk from metro line. I would recommended this hotel for every one who wants to stay in a middle of NY for low price with good quality.

“Excellent”

I would recommend this hotel/inn to anyone that will be going to New York City any time soon. The price I paid was well worth it, considering the time I went (Christmas). Also, I recommend getting the week pass if you intend on staying longer than 4 days, you will be using the your metrocard constantly, getting from one place to another. The metro stop was within walkable distance. On a good day, it took my friend and I about 20 minutes to get into city. At first, the neighborhood seemed sketchy, but everyone was friendly and courteous. We walked back to the hotel/inn late at night, and it was perfectly safe. As for the room, everything was kept in good condition. The bedding was fine, not the best cause it made my skin itch. DON'T WORRY, THERE ARE NO BED BUGS. For the TV lovers, they have HBO! and don't forget FREE wifi! Lastly, I wouldn't call it "Continental breakfast", they only offered a VERY limited selection. Just don't expect too much from the breakfast. Overall, the hotel was kept in good condition. The staff were nice and attentive to the customers needs.

“Very impressed!”

I stayed at this hotel for a night and found the room absolutely comfortable. A bit pricey, but considering the fact that Manhattan was just about 20 mins away by metro, it was totally worth it. Very small, but clean room. Breakfast was kind of disappointing. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely go back.

“Inexpensive alternative to Manhattan”

If you don't have the funds to stay in Manhattan, this is a great alternative in Queens. It's clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and best of all it's only a five minute walk from the subway. The neighborhood (Woodside) is a nice family neighborhood. When coming back from a show in Brooklyn one night at 4am, I felt very safe walking from the subway to the hotel. My only real complaint is that the breakfast area is very small. Only a couple of tables and not much room to walk around. There was nowhere for me and my boyfriend to sit, so we had to take our food back to our room. But that's really just a nitpick. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're going to New York on a budget.

The hotel is clean and good, it is near the 53 st. subway station, very convenient to NY downtown. Near the hotel is mostly residents' house, so there are all kinds of stores, places to eat and also laundry store nearby.

This was a very clean, comfortable motel. Bathroom was spotless, helpful staff. Five minute walk to metro, less than 15 minute ride to Times Square. Parking for my car. Would definitely stay here again.

“Good stay for short trip”

We stayed here for an overnight trip and it was a good stay for the short time we were in Queens. It is close to the subway station. The only negatives were that there was a lot of people up and busy during the middle of the night and the beds were a little hard.

“Great Location in Queens”

Having been to NYC several times, this was first time to try staying in Queens and using the subway to travel between Manhattan and there. While the parking is very limited and on first come, first serve basis in the small lot behind the hotel, there is parking available nearby. I was able to get parking space in the lot after checking out the nearby neighborhood the first evening and kept that space for the rest of the 4 days since using the subway was so convenient after that. Did the one week Metro pass and only had to walk 1-2 blocks to catch the subway. The neighborhood is residential and felt very safe for myself and my 16 y.o. daughter to walk through(even after dark and after 9PM). There are several places to eat and many convenience type stores/pharmacies within waling distance of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and location if you want to save money and stay outside the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not do the breakfast there. A small restaurant, La Flor, just one block away had scrumptious Bourbon French Toast that we indulged in one day. I will definitely stay here again and visit La Flor again as well!

“A very good hotel for a very good price”

The hotel was the very good. Brand new, clean, and decent size rooms. They also have free parking on site and they are very close to the metro station and it is about 15 minutes by metro to Time square. You would not believe to get such a good hotel for this good price in New York. I would recommend the hotel to everyone visiting New York.
