My friend got injured by sharp bed in this hotel room. Besides, we was told to wait for room till 4pm just because we didn’t book directly by Hilton.However,they said we can check in at 3pm in the morning.l chose Hilton all the time but this time was very disappointing.

Room was clean and comfortable. (Paid) breakfast was quite good. Restaurant room had a sticky floor, wobbly tables, etc. (Just not really up to Hilton standards, although server was great.) Gym room was clean but had virtually nothing in the way of work out equipment etc. So, good room but common areas could use work. Street outside was dirty, etc, But that is the state of NYC recently, unfortunately.

Not a bad stay, the receptionist that checked us in was pleasant and very helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name (we checked in at 10pm -20th April). Place was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to many places.

The toilet flush didn't work properly and the cold water flow was very low in the sink. The bathtub tap was worn out and to engage the shower was trciky. The place was clean and tidy but the bathroom experience overpowered the stay experience.

There's ongoing construction around the front of the hotel making it difficult to find, which in turn makes it difficult to get a cab or a car to pick you up. There's some sort of loading dock across the street where they process garbage during the night. This causes a lot of heavy, metallic noise--probably dumpsters being moved about.

The staff wasn't able to find my paid in advance reservation at first, kept throwing different reasons all the time (canceled for no show at 4:50pm, wrong hotel, etc.). At the end i was checked-in!

Wow this hotel is very far from the tourist sites. Room absolutely tiny even for NYC. But location was a huge negative.

Perfect location to explore the Time Square, Grand Central, St Patrick's and tons more! Multiple amazing restaurants and food carts nearby. I highly recommend the Irish pub next door and Gu Asian Fusion up the street.
