“Outstanding Omni!”

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Omni Royal Orleans. I could not ask for a better location (right in the heart of the French Quarter). The staff answered all our questions about food and sights, as well as nightlife. The hotel was comfortable, air conditioned, and the rooftop pool, although crowded, was very convenient and had a beautiful view. The fitness area was fantastic as well. The only complaint I could think of was that it was a bit loud at night, but that is to be expected anywhere within a mile radius of Bourbon Street. I would definitely stay here again!

“Perfect location; Perfect Hotel”

This hotel is located in a perfect location, immediately surrounded by the best restaurants in the French Quarter, yet a very short walk to the Convention Center area. The hotel is clean, the air is fresh (and cool in the summer), and the hotel staff is outstanding! For example, when we checked in the room on our first day, the room inspector noticed a cracked glass table top. We were a bit frustrated at going back to the registration desk to get another room. But they greeted us with an upgraded room. And 10 minutes later, they tucked a handwritten voucher under our door for $20 worth of free drinks at any of their hotel bars. Because the hotel is near some of the best restaurants in the French Quarter, the evening noise is minimal. You'll get a great night's sleep, feel secure, and wake up ready to take on another day in the French Quarter. We will make this our #1 French Quarter hotel in the future!

“Quiet Hotel in the Middle of it All”

We arrived early in the morning expecting to drop off our bags for storage and see some sights before returnig to the hotel for their check-in time. However, we were very pleasantly surprised to be checked right in at 10am. When we checked out they did hold our bags for about 4 hours, and there were NO issues getting to the airport. We felt very well taken care of. We had a queen room and the rooms are surprisingly small and you will have to get by with 3 or 4 small drawers and a closet. We managed okay- it wasn't a huge inconvenience. For the location and the beautiful rooftop heated pool it was a fair trade off. The only complaint we could muster is the pool service bar- The Riviera. If you just want ($$)beverages it serves a purpose. If you want food you're better off to bring something back from one of the local eateries because they only serve mediocre-overpriced sandwiches. We would go back again!

This hotel is lovely. It is in a most convenient spot in the French Quarter. The view from the rooftop is wonderful. This was our second stay at the Omni on St. Omni Royal Orleans Hotel, and we will be back.

The Omni Royal Orleans is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to stick close to the French Quarter Area. Within easy walking distance are Burbon Street, historic cemetaries, Jackson Square, the Audobon Aquarium, Canal Street..... the list goes on and on.

Very friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping personal were fabulous, and room service was quick and courteous. I would definately visit the Omini again, we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay immensely.

It is very conveniently located. Nice rooftop pool with a great view. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a luxury hotel for a great price. We'll definitely go back.

The Omni Royal Is a very nice hotel in a perfect location. Staff was professional and very helpful. You can walk everywhere, no car is needed. We were delayed a day due to the weather. They moved our dates one day without a fee. Our visit was everything we expected and more.
