The stay was okay, but not great. The bed was comfortable. But the floor was sticky and dirty. The carpets need a deep clean. Our feet got dirty walking in the room. We put towels down where we walked to stay clean. The air was muggy and humid in the room even with the AC running. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good. The staff was also nice.

I didn't like your advertisement stating that you were to the state Park, your pool was dirty,the hot tub didn't work,first time having to leave a tip for the cleaning crew.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. There was an area for pets. A trash can and poop bags were provided. The pool was a favorite for my kiddos. Very clean and water felt great.

Disappointed. Went to the 3rd floor where room was located and it was like 90 degrees in the hallway. The carpet was filthy and smelled in addition to not laying flat so had to be careful not to trip. The door to the room had huge gaps all around it so couldn’t keep the room as cool as wanted.
