I liked the staff a lot and the place has a cozy feel. Whenever I had questions everyone was very helpful. There were great rats right by the property and I was able to walk to them.

Facility: everything worked, though plain to threadworn. Easy access from both Vets and Williams, adequate parking. Save, single entrance through lobby. Moderate noise from aircraft, traffic, city sounds, and guests on balcony. Service good except soap & floor towel removed first night and not replaced. Soap replaced second night. For the price and location, better than I would expect.

The house keeping staff was amazing! Our room was very clean and house keeping was prompt every morning with room service. No breakfast was provided at the hotel. Small hot water heater, so no long showers.

My room was filthy and disgusting, the ax/heat unit didn’t function correctly, I literally had 4 minutes of hot water to shower, sheets were stained and had burn holes, fridge would not cool, the the pillow were dingy, the walls were disgusting and dirty, I only had one set of towels, the in room coffee maker had nothing to go with it, there was no jacuzzi on property, the pool was nasty. I booked two rooms for two nights and both were just gross but we were there for Mardi gra and pickings were slim, I definitely regret spending the 500 plus dollars on those rooms and the lobby smelled like sewage. Just terrible, the staff was nice but wasn’t very accommodating. We ended up purchasing sheets and blankets, pillows and towels, and I wiped things down, not to mention the huge gaps around the door. I wish I could post pictures.

There were roaches in the room and when we told the desk all they said was we will come clean for you.. and unfortunately since I had already paid in full I had no choice but to be stuck there. Worse stay ever they didn’t even offer to change rooms, no discount or nothing said the only thing they could do was clean

I wouldn't stay there for many reasons.
They need to ensure the guest safety. the building should be secured and not easily accessible to anyone off the street. It smells funny. The environment does not feel safe for female travelers. They did return my money after I saw the room and the hallways and didnt feel safe, but I still had to pay them for a night EVEN THOUGH I was just there 5 MINUTES TOTAL! I don't think its fair to pay for a hotel with misleading advertisement, and I AM PISSED AT HOTELS.COM because you all, ARE NOT MAKING SURE THESE HOTELS ARE ACCURATE WHEN LISTING THEIR PROPERTIES AND WHAT THE ROOMS LOOK LIKE NOR THE SAFETY OF THE PREMISES OF THE HOTELS YOU LIST. You are not serving the people using this site. ALL HOTELS ON THIS SITE NEED REAL TIME CONSTANT UPDATED REVIEWS. If the hotel gets less than 4 stars, DO NOT LIST IT ON YOUR SITE!! Thanks!

This was my first time staying at a Red Roof Inn. This property is close to airport but is dirty and in an unsafe area. The lobby had a terrible smell and the rooms were unclean. I took a shower and the water was discolored. I would spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Horrible experience I arrived to check in received the key proceeded to go to the room and was immediately approached by 2 men trying to sell narcotics. I felt afraid for my life. Environment was very worn dirty and unsafe. I proceeded expeditiously to the front desk and return the key. The area of the room and poor lock on the door wasn’t up to part. I wouldn’t recommend this property

Room very plain. Door had air/light gaps around frame. Bathroom door had large crack like someone had kicked open. Room was next busy noisy highway and near airport with planes landing into the night. The worst motel stay in over 20 yrs. Virtually no sleep for the night. The inside of the bathroom was the only nice part of the room; clean and well appointed.

As soon as I got to the room I regretted it. The pictures on the website were extremely misleading and completely false advertisement. There was water coming in from the floor, rust everywhere, stains on the comforter, chipped bathtub. I immediately contacted Expedia to receive a refund and they told me to contact the front and get a different room and the second room wasn’t any better. I’ve begged for a refund but Expedia has only wanted to give $75 in points. I’m extremely disappointed.
