"1. Raw experience/value: Our stay left much to be desired. Location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool area, but overall experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of assistance during our late-night check-in, especially considering we had a toddler with us, was disappointing.
