The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The young lady that checked me in was nice, and was able to solve a problem quickly. I was able to proceed to my room with no problem.

The W was amazing. They kindly let us check in super early around 0800 since we did a red eye flight. Then requested a late check out on our last day. Really appreciated this! The rooftop bar, pool and brunch on the weekend was amazing.

The rooms were beautiful and high quality, bed was super comfortable, the dining on-site and service were excellent. Gym and pool were also great. Location was just what we were looking for - close enough to walk to downtown (Broadway) but far enough to be quiet and also in a nice and safe neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

One of the best stays we’ve had. From check in to check out, everything was top notch. The room, the view, the restaurants, the rooftop bar, the proximity to downtown and Nashville sights. Our stay was amazing. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel
I loved my stay but was a bit upset that the description of the amenities of the hotel, does not specify that the pool is heated. Yes, ladies, the pool is heated, get your bathing suit ready and don't end up like me and not able to enjoy it during the cold days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice place to stay away from Broadway but close enough to walk or a very short Lyft/Uber drive. Room was amazing, very nice quiet bar on first level. Staff couldn’t give us an answer to the New Year’s Eve event they had going on. Part of the reason staying at the W was we were told we get tickets to Proof. However no one at the hotel could give us an answer to that. Best we got was go to second floor and pay $250/person which includes food and drinks. However that’s not what was told when i booked the room back in November. After checking out on the 1st, the following day i received a bill for snacks and drinks they say we ate/drank. We did not eat or drink anything at the mini bar. When i called they said they would look into it, and i could be credited back the amount charged. When i said why don’t yall leave a list in the room explaining prices and items/quantity in the room. They said it’s on a QR code, i said i did not see that, but also why not tell guests that when they check in. Very disappointing for something so small, so if you are staying there. Verify what’s in and around the mini fridge.

Very nice place to stay. Nice gym facility. The pool was a perk but got FILTHY. Very pricy restaurant choices. Close enough to broadway but still need a ride there. Ubers/Lyfts were reasonable. Other than that it was nice & accommodating.
