Great vibe in the lobby. Spent a long weekend celebrating a birthday in the city. The hotel was close enough to be part of it all, but far enough to feel like a retreat. Sunset drinks on the rooftop - fabulous.

Rooms were great. Beds comfy and liked the dividing door to shower and bathroom area. Overall service, restaurants, bars and coffee shop were all enjoyable. One complaint is pool area. I was drawn into picture of relaxing rooftop pool area. It was anything but relaxing. It was party central and lacked seating.

Amazing staff! Rooms where clean & comfortable. Great location! Close enough walk or grab a cheap Uber to night life! Pool is great to relax during the day & the food and drinks are top notch! We will return!!

This was an amazing stop on our way to Florida, so easy to find and get to. The rooms are super cool with separate toilet area and shower and great make up area.. Loved the indoor outdoor bar and restaurant.. Staff were great

This is a cool property. I love the entire vibe of this place. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning things in the area and making accommodations. Valet were a great start to a grest stay.

The hotel was unique with its amazing display of guitars and drums suspended over the front desk. Very Nashville vibe. Room was comfortable, clean and had fun decor. Staff were friendly.

Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s away from the craziness of downtown Nashville, but close enough for a brisk walk or short Uber ride. Excellent dining options on site, and staff were all very helpful and polite. Spacious bathroom, good room and solid minibar. A great hotel.

At first glance everything was very pretty and modern. Space was cramped and inconvenient. Toilet area door swung too close to water closet. Window seating was useless. No chair for table and no desk area.

First time at a Virgin property.This location was really nice. The staff are super people personally engaged. The public commons and room designs are fresh and unique. Everything very well thought out and crafted. Great food and atmosphere. The concierge was so genuine, knowledgeable and helpful. Located walking distance to food and bars. 10 minute drive to downtown and 20 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry. Highly recommend

Overall a nice and well designed hotel. Staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Love the little red accents in the room from the door to the refrigerators. Giving it 4 stars because the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable and cuaseed me and my lady sleepless 4 nigths as we kept waking at night and would experince back and neck pain in the mornings. We couldnt wait to return to our home for a good night sleep. Secondly not sure what happened to that restaurant in the lobby by the coffee shop on the Thursday night we arrived for the NBC soccer fanfest. The food was horrible and the biscuit was so hard/dense and for a second I doubted I was in Nashville for southern comfort food. Thankfully some restaurants on broadway made a redemption. Overall a nice experience and a lixury feel but please work on those mattresses. Thank you.
