Excellent stay
We loved this unit, it had everything we needed for a 3-day weekend. The location was also super convenient. Very clean and comfortable. They even provided pool towels! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Nashville Getaway Location
Everything was exactly as advertised. Quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. Only downside is a 10:00 am checkout which is tough when you are downtown until 2:30 in the morning. Nashville seems like a place where you need to be able to sleep in.

Excellent Property!
My fiancé and I enjoyed our quick weekend getaway at this property! The property management company ensured we had everything we needed prior to our arrival and maintained consistent communication. It was extremely clean, modern, and stocked with an abundance towels, dove products, kitchen supplies, detergent, etc. We literally had everything we needed and it was close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Want to give it 5 stars but....
Everything about this place is great. Location, cleanliness, layout, pool, secure parking, ect. My one complaint, a big one, is a irritant noise. This top floor condo sits under a bank of air conditioner units on the roof. One? Some? need maintenance, badly. The unit(s) produce a constant nerve racking deep murmur or humming noise. Not just the incessant thrumming but accompanied by a vibration you can feel. It runs down the walls and thru the floor. For a sensitive sleeper it was torture. Even just sitting trying to enjoy the room or patio was torment. We almost packed up and left. My best advise, stay away from here during the hot summer months when the AC is hard at work. Without that awful disturbance this is easily a 5 star rating.

Great stay
We had a great stay! It’s a short walk/ Uber to great restaurants and bars. The pool was gr EA t to have on the hot days. You can hear everything from within the unit which can be loud depending on who’s around. Housekeeping could improve but management was quick to respond.

Great place! Very secure
This place was great for my boyfriend, 2 friends and me to say in for a weekend in Nashville. Very close to Broadway we took the bird scooters and Ubered everywhere it it was always $10-20 Uber so not bad at all! The place was very clean and secure I felt very safe. My only complaint is that It was hard to get a reply from the owner of this property for a while, up to a week I would be waiting sometimes. Until we arrived there they started replying fast. But overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The room itself was beautiful, very clean and extremely well stocked. The lobby was under construction when we stayed there, so our first experience was a little shocking coming into the building The entire building had a loud hum that was quite distracting. The pool was beautiful and spacious. We did not use the gym but it looked great. There's not a lot to do in the immediate area, but it is located only 3-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go (driving).

Great location, overall nice experience!
Upon first walking in, the property was very clean, bright, and inviting. They even provided a nice bottle of red wine, which was a great touch! However, through the day we found some cleanliness issues-- the coffee maker had mold in the water container, the shower had mold, and there were dirty towels left in the washing machine. The internet was also down for an entire day, so we had no access to wifi or the smart TV, unfortunately! The space itself was perfect for the three of us-- we loved the proximity to shopping and restaurants (walking distance). The pool was VERY busy at all hours of the day. Overall, apart from the cleanliness & internet issues, we would stay again and recommend to others!

Great for girls get away
Nice property, was just as advertised. Beds were excellent. A bit too far to walk to downtown or Broadway but easy to get an Uber/Lyft. Is walkable to Gulch area which has some great restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and lots of natural light in the apartment. Building felt very safe and secure.

Nice property with access to The Gulch & Downtown
I would stay here again, the property was nice. There were some areas that could have been cleaner, but overall good. Other travelers staying here, so there were always scooters available out front, but restaurants and The Gulch area are within walking distance.

A Dose of Serenity, Walking Distance from Downtown Nashville
This was one of the best rental properties we've stayed at. I'm often skeptical of property-management units, but TurnKey was extremely responsive and provided very detailed instructions where it counted. The property itself was a great little 1 bedroom with a studio-esque second bed available. Appliances were all fairly new and fully functional, and the furniture was nice and comfortable. They even provided a basket of toys and a blanket for our pups which we had brought along. The on-site pool was nice, especially on the steamier summer days. The only negative element was the garage access. It required keypad access, which was great, but the keypad was located such that you had to park the car, enter the code, and then get back in your car. Obviously not the fault of the rental owner, but a minor pain. The unit was about a 15-minute walk from downtown Nashville, making it extremely easy to enjoy the area. There were often Lime scooters out in front of the building if you preferred, and Ubers were only $7-10 each way.

There were 6 adults, downfall two rolls of toilet paper, plastic shower curtain was yellow and moldy & shower wouldn’t drain. Overall was great location for uber rides to Broadway & scooters usually out front. Pool was also a plus.

Perfect rental bring the paper products
The space was spotless and very accommodating! Plenty of space for our group of 5 girls + all of our clothes, makeup and hair products. The location was perfect for accessing the gulch and a quick Uber ride or scooter ride to Broadway. Most of the other tenants are staying in rental properties and not afraid to mingle in the pool before a night out. The pool was physically clean but cloudy. I think we all would have preferred a little more chlorine. My only concern was our “allotment” of toilet paper. 5 girls spending 4 days were only given 2 rolls of tp. Nashville cuisine is delicious, but warrants a little more than usual. The morning of day 3 started with panic as we were left drip drying. The turnkey representative was unwilling to provide more. Luckily big purses and trip to a local restaurant got us through. But if that’s the worst just pack a few more paper products.

Concerning the amount of toilet paper please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. Please let us assure you that we are following up with our Guest Experience Team to address this incident and prevent similar problems moving forward. Perfect Downtown Getaway
I rented this condo while I was in town for business. We were driving on to vacation after my business, so my family came along to enjoy Nashville while I worked. This place provided everything we needed. A place close to where I needed to be, and a relaxing retreat for my family to enjoy sun, pool and sites! Everything about this place suited our families needs, style and expectations. After returning from our vacation at the beach, the kids said their favorite part of the whole trip was the stay at the VRBO in Nashville! We will definitely return!

Beautiful place!! Everything was great accept pool area- a couple groups of partiers took over, reserving chairs at 7am, coming out after 11 and just not quiet. Honestly the ONLY disappointment of our whole stay!!

Week Day Getaway
Property in The Gulch area. Newer property, nicely decorated and appointed well, including stocked kitchen if you are looking to prepare food or make cocktails. Our balcony was dirty and needed a good wipe down, but we enjoyed that it overlooked the pool. The rest of the condo was very clean! It was great to have the pool and gym on site! Private and gated parking was nice. It initially seemed like it was kind of far from the Gulch, but once we go our bearings, we realized it's just a short walk over the bridge and you'll find yourself in the heart of the Gulch with great restaurants, shopping, a juice bar, Starbucks and blowout bar. We went during the week, so it was fairly quiet at the condo and in the Gulch during the week. Thursday started to get busier and by Friday, the pool chairs were full by 9:00 am and there was an hour and a half wait for breakfast. If you can get away during the week, I would recommend due to more availability, less expensive and less or no wait time at restaurants throughout the city. The condo was perfect for us and we would stay here again when we're back in Nashville!

Great location
A 15 minute walk to the Gulch area restaurants and bars. 30 Minute walk to Broadway($12-25 Uber). Very clean. Lots of keypads and numbers (give the signage about Covid- I was hoping for less touching of things. Especially with empty hand sanitizer stations in the lobby). This unit (321) had a great afternoon sun balcony with view of the pool. It wasn’t crowded but I could see voices carrying if a lot of people were in the pool area. It was well equipped with towels and the beds were comfy. High end appliances. No wraps or baggies though. It was a great midweek stay.

Amazing Nashville neighborhood
My daughter and I and her two college roommates and their moms enjoyed a long weekend in Nashville celebrating 20th birthdays! This home was beautiful and perfect for our group. The location was close enough that it was just a short drive into town but still a quiet neighborhood. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we could want. I would definitely recommend this place!

Overall nice for a short trip
This neighborhood seems to be in transition - not sure how safe area is, but building was great with security. Lots of partying on the weekend, seems to be college students. We had to leave early in order to work remotely - WiFi network provided never worked. The free Turnkey WiFi was spotty and not secure for our workplaces. Had hoped to stay longer but needed to get home to our WiFi. Very disappointed that something as simple as getting us on a secure WiFi network was not a priority - kept telling me to plug and unplug devices as if I’m an idiot. Would not recommend if you need WiFi.

Long Weekend in Nashville
The property was perfectly located for our needs. When in Nashville, we visited Vanderbilt, the Gulch / Downtown areas, and Topgolf. All locations of interest were within 10 minutes of the unit. The rental unit itself was very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We also liked that there was reserved parking in a secured garage. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo in an amazing complex in a great location! This unit was very clean and had everything we needed from towels to a well stocked kitchen and the pool area was great!
