horrible experience, when I arrived they stated they rerouted me to another hotel without telling me because they were full, will never stay here again.

From the valet service to the check in process everyone who was involved was very helpful. They went out of their way to help us and answer any questions we had.

The stay was awesome, the location of the property is nice if you’re looking for downtown entertainment. The parking is high priced at the hotel as well as areas around the hotel. I spent 400 for the room and 60 for parking.

Our experience at the Westin Nashville was far from what we expected. The hotel over authorized our credit cards by over $1500 then what we originally paid. After we checked out we received additional charges for beverages when the fridge which is electronically monitored wasn't opened during our stay. We were also charged twice for Valet parking which still needs to be credited and I had to file a dispute with our credit card. The staff was less then helpful referring me to our bank to have the over zealous authorizations removed. And although the charges for the beverages were not charged, we received copies of the bills with the charges one day after leading me to cancel my credit card and issue a new one. The staff onsite was not apologetic or empathetic. The management apologized and advised that they will forward the necessary feedback but didn't offer any type of remedy except that "The Westin may not be your hotel." Yes, It isn't. Unfortunately, I will never stay at another Westin again. We frequent New Orleans and I won't stay there either. I will never step foot in another Westin Hotel again. Marriot did a horrible job here.

Horrible front Desk staff. Overcharged my credit card $1000 and didn’t know how to fix it. Completely unapologetic for their error. Had me wait and never fixed it. Absolutely would never stay there again.

This place is safe clean and in the heart of everything you want to see in Nashville. It’s a short walk to Broadway, all sorts of dining, the Bridgestone Arena—if you’re going to Nashville and don’t know what to see, stay here and you won’t even have to drive—everything is within walking distance of this hotel

The staff was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. You have to valet your car was the only down side. We had an early flight and it took like 20 mins to get our vehicle. They were very apologetic.
