Unfortunately when we checked in, there was a cockroach in our room on the bottom level. We asked to move to a top floor and were quickly moved without hesitation. Second room was better in the sense that no “bugs” were seen. Had complimentary breakfast. Adequate selection. Although, the lady working in the food area needs to be re-trained on sanitation practices. She had a pair gloves on cleaning the area. Went to the garbage cans, pushed down dirty plates, garbage etc and then proceeded to the drawers of bread, using the same gloved hands that were in garbage to refill the bread.

This place was absolutely disgusting!! We had bugs in our beds and complained about it. We were told bugs xome in when the door opens from the outside. I told him they were in our bed under sheets and on mattress. He basically said Not his problem!! No refund or compensation offered! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Hello Minnie,We're in a safe area, we have the top-golf right in front of us with thousands of people coming. We're close to downtown and Nissan Stadium. We have security cameras and security guards on duty. We ho[e you like us and come back.

I didn’t mind the property . It was convient to alot of things . My tv didn’t work when I first entered and the staff was so sweet and acted quickly , they got it to work but the next day it didn’t work anymore. I was only there for two nights so didn’t mind .

Overall, I have no major complaints. I had a 5am flight and needed somewhere to crash for a few hours - the room was inexpensive, adequate, and comfortable enough. It wasn't the cleanest, and certainly left some things to be desired (staticky TV, door didn't seal, weird stains on table tops), but I was able to shower and sleep peacefully enough. Also it was very close to the airport and downtown Nashville, so the convenience was a plus.

Definitely out of the way and hard to get into. They charge for parking. Which i think is ridiculous. The floors were dirty as too i showered and my feet were black soon after. Its very sketchy. Parking lot was run down . No breakfast. Pool was closed. Analog tv? No cable channels so they all mostly said no Channel available. There sounded like a WWE match in the room above us so we did not sleep well. As soon as we woke up from our short lived nap we grabbed our things and left. Id say you get what you pay for but 93 dollars was definitely over paying. I would never stay in a knight's inn anywhere ever again. The guy at the desk asked how our 1 night stay was but didnt seem to interested in my issues.

Dear Guest We offer a full hot breakfast that includes sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, roasted potatoes, three kinds of juices, and more. Additionally, we charge a very minimal 10 for parking, compared to other hotels in downtown where parking starts at 50. With over three hundred guests staying on our property daily, it’s natural to see a lot of activity in the parking lot. However, our rooms are highly insulated to ensure a comfortable sleep for our guests.When we send our housekeeping manager to your room, everything will be in perfect working order, including the floor.Thank you for choosing to stay with us

The grounds were nice, but I had to go down treacherous stairs to get to my room and they had no elevator! One of the guys that worked there took them down for me, so that was nice. They told me what room to go to and when I went down the stairs to the room, it was a mess. I put my food that I had just bought for supper and breakfast in the frig.and went to room next to me and told the Hispanic maid I needed to put my food in there and please don't throw it away. Went back upstairs and waited for room be cleaned. When they told me it was ready, I went down the stairs and looked in fridge. and my food was gone! I went to office and told them and all he did was give me money for food. I do not drive, so had to get on bus and go get food again and by that time it was raining. I was so mad. It spoiled my whole stay.

This hotel is in a bad part of town. It's in an unsafe area and unclean. The description online and the pictures don't match the physical building. There are women who stand on the street in front of the hotel to work the night shift if you know what I mean. I can't put an actual word because Expedia wouldn't allow it. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me.
