It needs work. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom needs a major overhaul. I had to practically step into the shower to shut the bathroom door. The door barely cleared the toilet. The shower head was broken and only let out jetted water. It just wasn’t comfortable. Also the air conditioner wasn’t working right and was very humid in the room.

Room windows leak like a waterfall every time it rained. Also having to pay $8.00 a day for parking is nuts. Stayed 5 nights and the room was not cleaned once.

Front desk staff was great during my 15 night stay. My room on the other hand was really bad and the housekeeping service was bad as well. My room had a TV that half the channels worked, the shower barely had any water coming out of it, the A/C / heater was broken and it took about 30 – 40 minutes for water to come out. I complained about 8 nights into my stay because of all the broken items and the lack of housekeeping service that never showed up… so my trash cans were over flowing and the restroom was out of toilet paper. I complained at the front desk and on day 9 the hotel replaced the shower head, the hot water situation improved ant the a/c work better. I also started receiving housekeeping service ever odd night on the last 7 days of the stay. The front desk staff checked in with me every couple nights after all the issues were addressed. It was bad that so many items were broken at check in and it took several days to address. I almost felt it was not your normal Hyatt Place
