“Check this place out!”
Great hotel! Great staff! Couldn't ask for better!
“We loved the Hilton Garden Inn”
The hotel was great and everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and convenient a little pricy.
“Good Choice”
pleasantly surprised! very nice hotel, especially for the price it was much more than expected.
“MUSIC CITY DELIGHT”
This was our fifth different Hotel in Nashville over a 10 year period of coming to the City. Situated within walking distance of Nashville's sights and sounds the Hotel is an excellent base. For those fearful of walking there is the a courtesy bus with an operating scope of 3 miles available 7 days a week, with longer hours at weekends. An excellent swimming pool and gym only adds to your stay. Plus the complimentary drinks in the lobby and fruit bowls well stocked with apples, pears, oranges and bananas on all floors are a wonderful feature. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful during our 2 week residency. The adjustable beds gave me my best nights sleep in ages. TV channel availability offers an excellent choice of network and cable channels in HD mode. Bedside radio offers a pre-tuned selection and the ability to play an ipod through it. The Business Centre provides excellent internet and printing. Vital for online checking-in before departure to the airport. Hopefully we can stay here again on our next planned visit in 2013.
“Loved the Hotel...Loved Nashville”
When I first booked at the Hilton Garden, I was hesitant because I was going to book us at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, however, we wanted to be downtown. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend this hotel to anyone! They also have a shuttle service that will take you whereever you would like to go within a 3 mile radius. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were great. My son also loved the pool. When we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay at the Hilton again!
“Somewhere you can't miss in Nashville”
A place that would make your mouth water...and continue time and time again. Location is always key, and this hotel is right where all the action takes place. Businessmen, this is the place you have to stay.
“Nashville's Best Choice”
The hotel was affordable with all the bells and whistles of a fancy expensive hotel. The hotel staff were great. The restaurant was good. The shuttle service was great! Larry was a big help in directing us as we chose places to go. And Lloyd at the front desk was top notch. The customer service was exceptional! I will go back to this hotel anytime I am in Nashville!
“Excellent place to stay”
I loved this hotel. The staff was great and very accomodating. The shuttle was convenient, rooms were comfortable, no complaints at all.
“Nice Accomodations/Ammenities”
The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Hallways did reek of smoke, but since we didn't exactly camp out in the hallway, it wasn't an issue. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome! I highly recommend the $10 breakfast buffet that is offered in the hotel. We enjoyed grits, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruit, chocolate milk, coffee, apple/orange juice, and they'll even make you an omelet at your request. The hotel also shuttled us down Broadway a couple miles to downtown, free of charge. When we were ready to return to the hotel, we called and they came and picked us up. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommend. My only complaint is that they charged us $18 to park at the hotel. In my opinion, that is something that should be included in the price of the room.
“Excellent Hotel!”
Everything was ready upon my arrival, and the front desk staff were very accomodating when I asked to change my room preference. The valet staff was very friendly, giving me suggestions for places to eat. I would definitely choose this hotel again. My only very small complaint is that I had a room on the front side of the building and the traffic was somewhat noisy -- but then again, I was there on a Friday and Saturday night and that is to be expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
