Excellent place to stay, in a very convenient location. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great pool area. The rooftop bar was a nice place to hang out and get some sun. Definitely recommend staying there.

We actually switched to the Hyatt because we didn’t like being in East Nashville. Was good for one night but we were staying three and wanted to be in the mix. 5-8 min walk to shopping,Broadway, restaurants and tourist attractions (National museum of African American music is a can’t miss in Nashville - incredible). Staff was great, beautiful hotel, great pool, great gym, kids loved it - especially the escalator. Lol. Complimentary cookies in lobby that they grabbed multiple times. We ate in the restaurant as well several times. Great breakfast - lots of healthy options. Great cheeseburger and fries. For whatever reason I haven’t often stayed with Hyatt but am definitely converted. Did try to go to roof lounge but it was being used for a private event. It did look nice, though.

We loved the location as it was between Broadway and the Gulch. Easy walk to both areas. The Grand is immaculate, great pool area and rooftop bar and patio!

This property had top notch staff and amenities, while being quiet but also close to lower Broadway and the Gulch for easy walking to great dining, drinks and more.

The hotel was located walking distance to broadway which we did. The staff were accommodating. The food service was also amazing, has the mahi tacos on the rooftop bar which was mouth watering.

Excellent hotel! I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Nashville. The “Nashville Fun” is a quick walk away and The Gulch is walkable but I would recommend driving or an Uber in the evening. The food at The Grange was perfection.

Check in was at 4pm, but we had arrived early so we decided to try to check in and to our surprise our room was! This was absolutely a huge plus to be able to get in early and not have to tote luggage around.

The location was excellent. Short walking distance to Broadway, a Whole Foods close by to purchase waters and snacks. We enjoyed the complimentary water and cookies in the lobby. The pool was great, the staff was nice.

For a large hotel they were very efficient and quick to serve you. I never experienced any line ups whether to check in or to have a coffee. We once left he do not disturb sign on by accident and they texted us to see if this was still the case. Overall a very quiet and memorable experience. It is conveniently located. Lose to downtown.

Customer service was GREAT. The room was nice and the amenities were fine, but the really the customer service was what set this place apart. Every staff member that we came into contact with was extremely helpful. Rooftop bar was also cool.

We stayed at this hotel for our girls weekend. What a wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Under 10 min walk to Broadway, 10min walk to the gultch.

Was here for my 50th birthday. When we arrived we were greeted like royalty. The staff was beyond nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel, you are right there on Broadway and can walk to everything.
