We had no air conditioning and was told it would be 2 hours was 26 hours. I was told by hotel they were adjusting bill to remove hotel charges and sent me final bill only removing 30 dollars misrepresented. Contacted Expedia yesterday and said would e mail today have heard nothing

Horrible sin aire acondicionado, nos morimos del calor adentro luego, cuando pedimos reembolso jamás me lo dieron y les importo nada los clientes yo reserve ya cuando el hotel sabía que el aire acondicionado no servía, y aún así me reservaron. Y aún así no me devolvieron el dinero, horrible la estancia. No lo recomiendo para nada.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. The AC broke and it was very hot the last few days. I would like a credit back on my credit card as it was very uncomfortable during those days.

It was terrible, I do not recommend it. there was not AC, it was broken the whole night in the whole hotel and the man from the front desk was very disrespectful he even yelled at us when we asked what was going on. The worst hotel ever.

The front desk staff was not friendly at out arrival. There was no cable and the AC was mot working properly the onlygood thing was the place was clean and well kept. The did not provide shuttle to the beach after the sunset or to the 5th avenue like in other hotels that we stayed at. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

My boyfriend and I came to Naples for our anniversary, we chose this hotel because it had a good location. However, we are very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The room smelled bad as soon as we walked in. The floor was very slippery, and I almost fell. The A/C didn’t work and it was very hot. They moved us to a different room but the A/C wasn’t working in the whole hotel. They told us that they would fix it but that never happened. We had to shower multiple times a day because of how hot it was, and we were not able to sleep very well. Also, we found some ants on the bed. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience.

Not your typical Hilton property, no warm welcome when we first initially arrived until a gentleman came out from the back and checked us in, he was fine. Throughout our stay, there was no eye contact from other staff members, not even a warm greeting or acknowledgement. The room was very disappointing in the cleanliness (room 438), our toilet seat inside cover had a light brown stain covered all around it and a significant white chip on the toilet seat itself. This is honestly such an easy fix to replace the toilet seat cover to make it look presentable. There was some red stain on the bottom of the trim between the shower and the bathroom door and a stain on one of the pillows which appears to look like a chocolate thumbprint stain on it. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, it appears it's been the same pillows used for years and has not been replaced in a while. There was also issues with their ac unit and we had no ac on our last night stay which made our night of sleep horrible. If you're in the Naples area, you're better off staying at the Double Tree or the Hampton Inn if you're a Hilton Honers member otherwise, lots of other Marriott properties to choose from in the area and this will be our last time we ever stay on this property.

We liked all I checked above. This Hotel is very good in most respects. However, the TV service is well below our expectations: A. TV guide does not show any info except for the channel name. That makes almost all channels, except news and weather very much unusable - you can only guess what is on, when it started and what's next. B. No HDMI ports!?!?! Thus, I can not stream via TV what I do like, instead of usual mediocre array of hotel's choices.

This facility was clean, and the customer service was excellent both in the hotel and the restaurant. The only downfall is the greenhouse and abandoned building to the side, but the proximity to everything made up for that.

Very nice, well kept hotel. Staff was great. We stay 2 nights on our way to Marco. This was the perfect spot to stay to see Naples. Chairs for the beach were provided at the desk which was very easy and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

It looks like the TV remote control was never clean it, full of dust glue it in between the buttons. When I checked in an empty glass of wine was sitting next to my room front door, I mentioned to the front desk right away, I checked out this morning, the glass of wine was still there.
