We rarely have issues with outside noise and would like the opportunity to investigate any issue and correct it if possible. Our breakfast follows the Hilton standards. I am sorry you were disappointed with what we offer. Was there something specific you would like to see on the buffet, maybe we can get approval to offer it in the future. Decaf in the evening is again not the Hilton standard we are required to follow, we apologize for not having it available for you.

We are sorry you had a disappointing stay. We were not able to move you the first night of your stay because the hotel was full. When we requested access the following morning when our Chief Maintenance Supervisor was back on duty, access was denied. Once there was a clean room to move you to and we were able to access the original room, no bugs dead or alive were found. When you book through a third party as you did, we are unable to refund money as you are not paying us you are paying the third party. I apologize if you felt we were rude.

Some insider information for your reference, when you book through a 3rd party, some of them only have access to our handicapped rooms.
