Value for Money and great location
It was amazing experience. The location is convenient and the hotel is located on top floors of the building with lobby at 7th floor. also, the mall with branded and local stuff is linked to the hotel. Breakfast spread is pretty nice.

Great Hotel
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very friendly front desk, checking in / out was quick and straight forward. The room was clean and very comfortable with great view of the city.

Great place to stay!
Excellent reception. Got an update even though we did not ask for it. Cleanliness and the spaciousness of the suite are added bonuses. Good breakfast. Worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in central Nanjing.

good value hotel
very pleasant and comfortable quality Nanjing hotel. I had a 7 nights stay and has been good. The restaurants and shopping in Block B next to the hotel has great verities of local food and needs. There is no need to walk beyond hotel premise

I love this hotel. I stay here every time I go to nanjing. It is such centrally and conveniently located at xin jie kou. Great area. Subway station is just around corner. It will take you to all the train stations on a whisper. China's subway system and rail system got to be the world's best. Subway system connects right into the rail station. Just follow the signs which is in Chinese and English.

Hotel is superb; service, not so much!
This is a very nice property and I will stay here again but I had an issue at booking that prevents me from rating it higher. I booked this on Hotels.com but I booked the wrong Crowne Plaza in Nanjing. I asked reception if they could just transfer my booking, I also asked Hotels.com. Neither would honor my request. Being that both hotels were Crowne Plaza properties, this should have been an easy transaction. I ended up having to pay for two hotels on the same night with no compensation from Hotels.com even though I am a Gold Team member.

Nice friendly check in, got upgraded to a huge room, room was hot and Aircon was turned off already but got at least a fan in the room. Some of the room equipment was non-functional like the scale, the sofa was a bit older but still okay. In general good hotel right in the center of town, very conveniently located.

The hotel room was lovely - clean and such comfortable bedding! Buffet breakfast was also amazing. The hotel is a touch hard to find and it's slightly annoying that the lobby is on the 7th floor. Other than this, I really couldn't fault it! Good location close to heaps of shops and eating options too. Would stay again!

Great location and serice
This is a great hotel for a business traveler. It would be nice to have breakfast included. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The location is convenient and there were always taxis waiting at the door. It is steps away from a shopping mall that has a full grocery store and small restaurants. A great experience overall.

My non-smoking room had clearly been recently used by a smoker - the smell was in the curtains, the carpet, everything. There was also a very unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, including in the rooms and hallways. The staff were great - friendly and helpful, remembering my coffee order from one day to the next, helping with directions, etc. - but that wasn't enough to make me want to stay again.

Nice hotel and room. I would have preferred the room to be a little cooler however I say that about most places in China. We took taxis everywhere which was okay since the price is reasonable. Very easy check-in with professional staff. Great breakfast.

This hotel was beautiful. Very comfortable. But the non smoking room stunk like cigarettes. The breakfast prices was in excess of $20.00. It looked like everyone else in the restaurant had free breakfast. Why do you not offer free breakfast -like the travel agents in China?

Nice hotel with confortable rooms at a great price
Nice hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Swimming pool area could do with some work as a bit run down. Area is great with lot's of malls and restaurants within walking distance. Very helpful staff. Restaurant wasn't the greatest (buffet food was mostly cold and poor quality) but there is plenty in the area that was great.

I only stayed here for a little under a whole day. This was my last stop on my business trip and had to leave very early in the morning. I arrived to the hotel early and the staff let me check in before the usual check in time. I thought that was very nice of them. The hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable. When my taxi arrived to take me to the airport at 4:00 in the morning, the staff was kind enough to call my room to let me know. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Never staying here again. Staff don't speak english well and the service people knock and ring the bell repeatedly until you open the door. 3 knocks and 3 rings in 5 seconds it drove me up the wall.

Great location
Hotel is centrally located, right at the center of the city. The Chinese restaurant on the 9th floor has healthy food and is reasonably priced. The only drawback is that the hotel lobby is on the 7th floor and not accessible from the shopping center that occupies the lower 6 floors. The hotel has a separate entrance, very hard to find, at the back of the shopping center.

We stay in the hotel for 3 nights, the hotel is big and clean what you expect for this company, however I have only to say that the last night in the room on the floor 48 around 3 am star to smell really strong a pain wish wake me up, we call the duty manager and they change us of room with a complementary fruit juice. This was a bad experience apart for that the rest was good.

Beautiful Modern "Western" Hotel in City Center
The hotel was modern, clean and well equipped for travelers from the west. It had all of the usual amenities and a beautiful pool and fitness area. An extensive and very high quality breakfast buffet was a real bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would certainly visit this hotel again when in Nanjing.

THE HOTEL HOLDS SOME FLOORS IN A MIXED BUSINESS BUILDING, SORROUNDED BY CONSTRUCTIONS, WITH SEVERE NOISE AND SICK DESGUSTING DUST. THE STAFF DOES NOT SPEEK ENGLISH. THE LOCCATION IS TERRIBLE. THE FLOOR WHERE IS THE BUFFETS STINCKS TERRIBLY. AFTER THREE DAYS WAS A HUGE SACRIFICE TO ENTER THAT PLACE. FINALLY THE BUSINESS CENTER CHARGED ME TEN AMERICAN DOLLARS TO PRINT MY RESERVATION FOR THE HOTEL IN BEIJING. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

Large opulent hotel in centre of the city
It's all very grand from the personalised check-in in the vast 7th floor lobby to the enormous bedrooms. It's all over the top, but a nice experience. The staff don't quite match up, but we had nothing to complain about. Buffet breakfasts were pretty good as was their buffet dinner. The hotel is 10 minutes from the nearest metro.

Great location, just next to subway entrance as well as major shopping area, great deal.. I paid CAD$130 for a king size bedroom, with free internet and full scale buffet breakfast… The breakfast is very much worth it. In general staff attitude was great and friendly. Training could be improved in two areas:1) I wrote a letter using the hotel envelop provided in guest room but no one at front desk knew how I could have it sent out as the staff who i talked to was not sure whether the hotel will mail it for me (domestic mail). 2) Staff in restaurant (breakfast buffet) made coffee for me without cleaning their hands (after cleaning up tables for other guests).

Location is major problem because the hotel main entrance is located in rear of main shopping mall, it was very difficult to find. And the room interior need to be renovated. The biggest problem is wifi speed! It is almost not working condition of wifi speed! If I have to stay more than one night, I would definitely move to another hotel.

disappointing end to the stay
Frankly, I would of given the hotel a higher rating if it weren't for the fact that I had an incredibly poor breakfast buffet experience and wasn't included in the hotel rate and the fact that the management tried to make up for it with some silly sandwich and fruit bag that doesn't make up for the miserable experience. Five minutes before the breakfast buffet finished, I walked in. To my surprise, I only had 5 minutes, but nobody bothered to tell me it was finishing in 5 minutes. Most buffets I've been to at least open until 10:30a and the last two I've been to were open until 11:00a. Even if they closed down, the lunch menu transferred over and I could select from the many choices for lunch. When I'm going to drop a bit of money for a breakfast, I'm looking forward to a) trying out the dishes and b) being able to eat some more of the dishes I enjoy. I definitely didn't get to do the latter. Yes, the staff tried to make up for it by saying they would make me whatever I wanted, but honestly, I didn't know what was available since I was coming back to find the good stuff I thought I had. All the stuff was already packed away and gone. I was livid. I was also in a hurry which is the state of most business travelers who are successful. I didn't have time for more to be made for me and I didn't have time for the "make up" service that honestly wasn't anything close to what I was hoping. On top of that, there was no explicit efforts to remedy it financially

I booked the room on-line for 3 persons and I requested an extra bed. All the payment was paid in advance, but when I checked-in, the hotel wanted to charge RMB250 per day for an extra bed. The staff at the Concierge provided an excellent service to us during our stay.
