What a wonderful property with amazing staff! Had a great time enjoying all the amenities and facilities there. 2 great pools and perfect location right next to the beach to enjoy a sunset beverage. Hotel is in close proximity to the airport and a newer marina area with plenty of dining options as well so can highly recommend!

Standout five star service from all staff. Everyone always acknowledged me with a smile and a greeting. The poolside service was wonderful, with ice boxes for water provided for each guest and replenished throughout the day. The spa is definitely worth a visit- Victoria there gives an amazing massage. Rooms are large and very tastefully designed, with real attention to detail. The hotel offers plenty of dining options and I especially recommend Soi Soi, the Thai restaurant. Service was so genuine and welcoming and the Tom Yum soup made me feel like I was back in Thailand.

Stunning hotel and fantastic service! For my first trip to Oman I couldn’t have been happier with the location and amenities. Travelling in Ramadan could have been challenging but the Kempinski was set up for all kinds of visitors and we were able to enjoy pools and food in the grounds in a respectful way and away from guests that would be fasting etc. We enjoyed body scrubs in the hotel spa that were truly fantastic, and the hotel also sent me a birthday treat on the day of my birthday without any request from the friend I was travelling with. Based on this experience I would definitely prioritise looking at staying at Kempinski hotels in the future and if/when I return to Oman there is no question that I’d return to this hotel. It had space for all kinds of travellers and as someone who usually travels alone I’m grateful to feel welcome as a single & childless woman.

Only problems I found with this hotel was service was very very slow and the tv constantly goes of and u have to reboot it sandeep at the pool was nice however ordering a drink pool side took over 30-40 mins with a miserable waitress who wears a hat stay away from her and this was when it was quiet there

A truly wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. The lobby epitomised the class of the whole premises. Most of the staff are a credit to the organisation too. Albert looked after our room with wonderful attention and care. Silvia took personal responsibility when I mentioned I was feeling slightly unwell and cared for us ensuring we had everything we needed and assisted at all times. Richard and Abbas by the pool were super friendly and helpful. Gary in the kitchen was wonderfully welcoming every morning, always with a positive attitude. Abdulaziz was very helpful with our check out and stayed with us until our taxi arrived.

Kempinski Muscat, was a nice stay, clean relaxing rooms with all needed amenities. Very friendly staff. Specially Miss Aline on front desk reception , she had a professional approach, been very helpful, assisting, friendly and caring. 5 Stars for such client approach and thumbs up.

Wonderful hotel comes with smiles
I had wonderful stay in Kempinski Muscat. Location is excellent, in upscale Al Mouj district, very close to the restaurants, malls, marina and the Airport. Breakfast was perfect. Costumer service is warm , proper, fast and always with smiles. Beach and swimming pools are very good. The only concern was the room was too cold( even when you turn off the A/C) Room is spacious, full equipped and super clean.
