The 'other' category isn't working. This airport hotel (about 4 miles from airport) is clearly for the 1-nighter. It's clean and bright, but our room had no hook to hang up a towel, no trash can in the bedroom.....it's bare bones. Does have a hair dryer though, which was helpful. Had a hard time getting the shower head to stay put also (it's a hand-held that can be attached, but kept falling).

Misrepresentation by the hotel and hotels.com
The property page says the room can accommodate up to 3 persons and has a king bed. In reality, it is a Queen, and no rollaway beds are available. So Mom and Dad have to spend the night with a 10yo all in one bed. The hotel and hotels.com refuse to take responsibility for this, neither refund nor even simply commit to changing the false info on the page.

Everything was great including Italian Restaurant 50 meters away and breakfast bar above average. No other dining close by. Quiet area 20 Euro for shuttle to airport for 2. 5-7 minutes. Big Con: Rooms we extremely small but a good bed. No soap, facial tissues, no cups or telephone in room.

The room was clean and modern. It had what we needed to sleep for the night for an early morning flight. The staff was friendly and they were quick to respond to my email questions. There is shuttle service for 9 euros to and from Airport. Only took about 10 min. This was very helpful. I would stay here again and recommend.

The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and that was about the only bright spot. First room was dirty still. Due to no phone in the rooms I lugged everything back downstairs to the desk. Second room was also dirty. Found a maid to get me new towels and they kind of swept up. I’m not sure they change sheets or blankets as the second room was said to be clean once they swept and gave me towels but there was hair on the pillow cases and sheets. Went and got sheets and pillow cases and made the bed myself. Will not stay here again.

Great place to stay — close to MUC airport. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the front desk was efficient and polite. The immediate surrounding area is an industrial park, very quiet on the weekend, but few services (such as restaurants). A 10 to 15 minute walk to Hallbergmoos was easy and there were services in the village. A shuttle to airport is available for about 9€ — recommend to check the last time the shuttle runs.

The hotel is close to the airport, shuttle reservation is not easy, for some reasons the communication is only via email which is not prompt. Rooms have only one king size bed. Even though it was suggested for a family of 5. I was under the impression an extra kids bed will be included but according to the hotel's staff and hotels.com the room is reasonable - meaning sleeping three at one bed. Surly I wouldn't have order such a solution for my family (and no connection rooms). Rooms are cleaned, comfy and modern; breakfast was very good. Maybe good for couples and business trips, surly not for families.

The reviews are accurate - great place!
I needed a place near the airport for a one night stay. While this is a "bare bones" hotel, it was clean, staff was terrific, and the beds were comfortable. Though I didn't have their breakfast buffet, it looked very nice. Great value for the money, safe, clean, and a good option near Munich Airport.

Pleasant stay
We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. They provided a good breakfast in the morning & had AC which was really needed in the middle of the summer. Hotel was clean, quiet, and very near the airport.

I had a great night's stay at the Prizeotel. After a delayed flight this place was just what I needed for an overnight stay before travelling into Munich. I love the concept of this brand - very modern, light and spacious with an attention to everything. A really funky design concept - loads of pink and curvy lines - which might not be to everyone's taste but after a delayed flight and a crazy taxi ride I loved the relaxed and chilled feel of the place. A very short wait for the friendly reception staff - 24h - but after that nothing was a problem and the facilities were amazing. The room was just like in the photos, spacious and very clean, air con, underfloor heating, toiletries, big TV, powerful shower, comfortable bed and bedding. Very quiet at night. Fast free wifi, downstairs bar, restaurant, self service essentials shop, shuttle service to and from the airport which the helpful staff organise for you. Card payments only, so eco sound! Would definitely recommend.
