Barely average accommodations
It was satisfactory even though there was only 2 pillows on the bed. The housekeeping barged into the room advising checkout was at 12, 2 hours early…we were still in the bed reading. Lobby area was very nice, checkin staff was very nice. However, one overnight staff acted like he was put out when we asked for a drink from the bar…only 1 person working the lobby and bar. We were the only 2 people in the bar area. Other than that is was adequate.

Good stay at a comfortable hotel
Good stay at a comfortable hotel. Solo room with super comfortable double bed, TV, private bathroom. Very good location next to the metro.

Great location, comfortable and good service.
The hotel is outside from the Subway U-Westendstraße in a very quiet zone. Near 5 min by car (or 3 subway stations) from main Train station Munchen HBF. 5 stations from city center. The room was clean, the shower is not small and works very well. The reception service was nice in spite of our late check-in (2am).

Avoid - A building Site.
Really disappointing The hotel was a building site - According to Hotels.com the building works was meant to finish in Sept. so you would expect this to be pristine in Dec. However I was very upset this was not the case on my arrival. A very disappointing stay, The reception and lift access was so dangerous, tools materials and builders working away - Dust and noise all day.

We loved the simple ness of the room. Comfy bed with duvet, great shower. Quiet and the bar, with snacks, is open 24 hours a day. Great breakfast available too. Close to the U train service and 55 minutes from the airport via the S Train Service.

If theres absolutely any other option, go for that
No room service offered. The service staff left the iron on in my room all day, next day entered despite do not disturb sign, threw away my dental kit everyday. Was absolutely harrowed

Nothing special
Overall nothing impressive here. A basic room and shower. No safe in the room. Free wifi was a bit slow. But was quiet enough and had easy access to the U bahn to get to Oktoberfest. When using luggage storage be cautious and lock you bag! One of my shoes was tucked into a side pocket of my bag and when I went to reclaim my luggage it was missing. Staff was unapologetic about this which was very annoying.

Very clean, quiet, conveniently located next to a gas station store and the metro stop. The breakfast buffet was good although it was exactly the same thing every day.

Great Hotel
Great value. Right next to a U-bahn subway station, short distance to city center. 15 min walk to another S-bahn train station. Convenient and safe location. Very clean and friendly staffs. Room is a little small but why need all that space with a great price. Highly recommended.

Too noisy
Basic hotel and rooms (no safe, mini-bar or tea/coffee). Too noisy for good sleep, with petrol service station on one side and people chatting underneath the windows until 3am. Construction site next door starting jack hammering at 7am each day (except Sunday). The room was warm, as heating only, and couldn't open windows due to the noise. Hotel located next to u-bahn station. Not many shops, restuarants, or cafes around - think this is mostly a business hotel. Room kept clean and tidy. Bed ok, just. Curtains kept light out. No in-room service, but hotel bar in lobby is open 24 hours. Free wifi good for browsing, but not much else.

This hotel was within our price range and was right on a city line. Upon further touring of the city, actually found that it was a decent neighborhood. It is a bit loud from the street but shut window and it was fine. They were even able to easily extend our nights at the hotel and keep our same room. Only negative was that we decided to come back to the hotel bar for one last drink and we sat at the bar for at least 10 minutes without service. There is also a conviencestore/gas station next door for water andorning pastries/

Beautiful stay
The hotel's staff is great. They are very patient, professional and caring. Lidl supermarket is not far. We have access to several tram stops, bus trops and U5, U7 Metro. Summer's very beautiful in that area. EVen though some rooms are small, we have all the necessary things for our comfort.

Hairy Room with black spots
Our room was dirty. We had hairs in the sink and he shower what is not to bad. You can wash it down. But the hairs in the sheets and the pillow and the black spots that covered our blanket was not okey. We checked in at 12.30 am and shortly afterwards complaint about the room, but the front desk was had no idea what to do. I asked for a new room but that request was denied because the hotel was booked. We just slept on top of that blanket and the sheet, After a night of bad sleep and itchy felling in the morning we complaint again and asked for a different room. The front desk did not care and stated that the room was payed for 2 nights and if we don't like it we can check out. My wife and I both decided to go somewhere else and not stay in that filthy bed another night.

Nice Hotel tidy and clean
I've stayed in Ibis Hotels across Europe. I find the German version to be cleaner, well staffed and tidy. The rooms are adequate and simple. The staff is courteous and professional .

Stayed 2 nights for Octoberfest.Priced marked up for the festival. Metro station across the street. Not much to do around the hotel, but easy to catch the Metro and go to downtown area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the bathroom is like a round plastic add on in the room. Had a Squeaky door to go in and out, wakes you up at night and not very sound proof....
