Best hotel we stayed at in Germany. Very nice, large rooms and great service. Brought our bags to our room while we enjoyed Oktoberfest!

Excellent reception staff. Very friendly and were helpful with all questions. Large apartment, clean and well maintained. Just across from metro to anywhere you wanted to go. Very Easy to get to old town centre just a couple of train stops

Very nice hotel, clean, good breakfast with excellent service. Close to train station, restaurant and grocery store nearby. I’ll stay in this hotel if given the chance to visit Munich for another October fest. Give the 5* rating.

Excellent apartment everything we needed and so close to the train station and 15 mins on the train to Marienplatz !

Very close to train station
Was there for one night. The hotel is just outside the train station. About 15 min by S-Bahn. The hotel should put signage outside on road. It was a bit time consuming to locate it. The parking is on the road behind. The hotel should inform parking address in booking confirmation to save time.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren begeistert vom Hotel. Die Lage ist einwandfrei, direkt an der S-Bahn, von der man aber nichts hört. Sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Die Schlüsselübergabe am Wochenende bei geschlossener Rezeption ging einwandfrei. Bei Anreise am Wochenende unbedingt vorher kurz anrufen und einen Code für die Schlüsselbox vereinbaren. Ging alles super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. P.S. Lieben Dank auch nochmal an die liebe brasilianische Frühstücksbetreuung.

The Forum is always an excellent place to stay. I've stayed here many times over the past 10 years and is always an excellent experience. Always clean and a very helpful staff. The hotel is situated right next to a train station which is the transfer station for many lines, giving you the ability to travel anywhere in the Munich area with relative ease. Schiller's Bistro is right next door and is a great place to have a beer and good food. The Forum is highly recommended.

We would absolutely go back to this property. It was only a few stops (five I think) from the Central Station. You literally walked out of the subway and the building is right there in front of you. The ladies who work reception are so friendly! They will literally do anything you need to make your stay complete. We booked a suite -- it was literally six to seven times the size of your standard European hotel room. Large bedroom, nice den with couch, chairs, table to eat, kitchen with large fridge, stove and microwave, and large foyer with cabinet. The included buffet breakfast is great, and again the service is impeccable! Go to Gastehaus -- you will not be disappointed.

great place to stay, one of the best values in town. 15 mins S-Bahn ride to the central train station, clean and spacious rooms and generous breakfast buffet. The rooms have a kitchenette, so the place is especially suitable for longer stays. I have been going to the Gaestehaus for almost 30 years and I don't see a reason to stay in any other place in Munich

Literally on the door step of the train station which was extremely convenient. Staff were beyond lovely. Room was huge. Breakfast was great. Washing facilities at a very small fee was a huge bonus. Would happily stay again!

Great place to stay
Quick and friendly check-in (my son wanted the large bed in the bedroom so the sofa bed was set up for me in the living room - sofa was, to my surprise, comfortable.) The kitchen was small but more than adequate for our visit (we just made hot water and used fridge for beer and some meat/cheese). There's far more to this extended stay apt. than a beer convenience rating, but for those curious what's readily available: Oktoberfest beer in nearby pub 0.5 L for 3.2 euro Basement beer machine 0.5 L for 1.5 euro Aldi (2 block walk) good: 0.5 L for 0.80 euro + .25 euro deposit cheap but OK: 0.5 L for 0.30 euro + .25 euro deposit

I stayed for one night during the Bauma Fair. The hotel is close to the station which is an advantage however I got a room facing the rail track so that was a bit disturbing. Everything else was good enough.

Nice and convenient hotel.
Stayed here 3 days for Oktoberfest, and really enjoyed the hotel. It was across the street from the train stop, and only 12 minutes from downtown. Our friends stayed downtown, and paid over twice as much - with no breakfast!

In dieser gepflegten, sauberen Unterkunft habe ich mich rundum wohl gefühlt, ein wirklich tolles Appartement!! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das etwas breitere Einzelbett mit einer super bequemen Matratze. Des Weiteren hat der Check-in ohne Anwesenheit des Personals ganz prima geklappt. Toll ist ausserdem, dass mann/ frau die S-Bahn direkt vor der Türe hat.

Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen direkt neben der S-Bahn, die nan dadurch aber auch immer hört. Weiterhin befindet sich im Gebäude auch eine Shisha-Bar oder Ähnliches die Nachts sehr laut ist. Rezeption am Wochenende nicht besetzt. Es gab am Wochenende kein Frühstück.

低価格、良アクセス
ミュンヘン近郊なのにリーゾナブル。駅の出口の目の前にホテルのフロントがあり、空港へもS-8線一本で行けるなどアクセスも良好。近くのバーも手ごろに夕食が食べられて良。 他方、部屋はタバコのにおいがします。数時間いると気にならなくなる方は問題ありませんが、苦手な方にはお勧めできません。

距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。

as good as always
My company is using the hotel Forum services for a long time now and every time we are pleased with what they provided. It is perfect ploace for bussines trip and for family holiday as well, You can rent an aparatemnt with kitchen, You can do the loundry, and there is no problem with check-in, even if You are coming late - You can just use keybox.
