“Excellent Staff and Management !!!!”
Excellent staff and management. Quick check in and friendly staff. Clean rooms, sheets, bath towels. Clean toilet and bath. Close to shopping centres and all tourist attractions, the India Gate, McDonalds and restaurants are a walk away. My aunt got sick and somplimentry soup and her well being was checked upon by the management. That made a difference to us 4 ladies travelling together. Great security provided by the hotel. Roof top relaxation...loved it.
“My favorite hotel in Bombay”
I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is in a great location with lots of activity in the evening. The kitchen produces good food and the rooftop garden is a great place to hang out and wind down in the evening after work.

“Excellent Location”
Located in Colaba the hotel is in a great place with easy access to the Gateway of India and Leopold's bar. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good and the rooftop bar just topped the evenings off! The only thing I would warn about would be the little window in the bathroom, while the glass is frosted we did catch someone peeping through! Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
“Short Stay”
We only stayed 2 nights but the room was clean and the bed smelt fresh and the white sheets were white. The bathroom was a little tired but it was all clean and we had plenty of hot water for showers. The room was on the first floor and looked out on the back of other buildings, so could not open the curtains, but we were only in the room at night, so not desperate. There was a good selection of food at the buffet breakfast and the rooftop restaurant looked nice but there was a private party on so we couldn't try it out. The hotel is in a wonderful position - quiet road and yet right in the middle of all the action.

Hotel Godwin has friendly and efficient staff with standards as high as I have found in any Indian hotel; the room had all the amenities needed rather than a lot of flashy decoration.
“Garden Street Refuge”
The backstreets of Colaba are an oasis of calm from the crazy energy that is modern Mumbai. Hotel Godwin, located in aptly named Garden St, is an ideal base from which to explore the city. A quiet, unfussy place with friendly helpfull staff who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Close to restaurants, shopping & attractions. We will defintely return.

“Very helpful”
Thanks Goodness for Mr Singh! We stayed at this Hotel twice during our 5 week trip around India but due to the numerous difficulties we had with our Hotel bookings made and paid for with Expedia over 6 months ago it was only due to Mr Singh's help we acutally had accomodation in Goa. We used the laundry services at the hotel, but some items were returned wet and ruined. The rooms are basic and clean but the hotel is centrally located in Causeway. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and Mr Singh allowed us to leave a bag at the hotel to collect upon our return. We were there for my birthday and due to all of the stress of trying to sort out our hotel bookings and loosing a day of our holiday trying to resolve thses issues, Mr Singh arranged for some flowers to be sent to the room - many thanks Mr Singh for all that you did, it was very much appreciated.
“Prix élevé .”
Le prix est, il me semble élevé par rapport à l'état et le confort proposé par cet hôtel. Hélas il semblerait qu'à Mumbai l'hébergement soit hors de prix... Néanmoins on pourrait s'attendre à un peu mieux vu le nombre d'étoiles de cet établissement...
