The Grand Hyatt is was stunning, professional and would go above and beyond for us. The breakfast was stunning and had a wide range of choice - our waiter the first two days was fabulous for encouraging us to try new things and explain each of the dishes. Disappointingly, our 3rd and 4th days we were completely ignored at the breakfast, not even giving us cutlery or a glass to drink from, never mind taking orders for made-to-order items.
That small blip aside, the staff couldn't have been better, giving us advice for clothes shopping, helping with a lost property 'crisis' and even letting us sit in the exec lounge after our flight was delayed - Agnel was incredibly kind and professional, and we can only say thank you!
The room was big, clean and always supplied with fresh drinking water. The pool was beautiful (although outdoors - you have to be willing to take on the smog - and not very deep. Fine for a paddle!).
The architecture and artwork is absolutely stunning, and the lobby is just a lovely place to sit and escape the chaos of Mumbai. The Grand Hyatt was a perfect counterpoint to help us relax from the noise, smells and hoards of people from our days out!
