The first red flag was when we checked in. My husband is disabled, and as they didn't have an elevator, we asked for a bottom floor room. We had to pay $10 cash extra for that. We were in a nonsmoking room, however, the comforter had so many hole from cigarettes, it was irritating, as we paid for a nonsmoking room plus an extra $10 cash on arrival to be on the bottom floor. The room was obviously available and what we had reserved. Why the extra cash cost?

I ask for a refund and I was told Expedia would reimburse me. The front desk manager Amy was terrible. There were stains on the bed spread on the pillow cases and burn holes on the bedspread and pillow cases. Suggested we go to another room. Still not good. Was told they had know what on site to change the bedding. I was also in a non smoking room. I would appreciate getting a refund right away but would not recommend this motel to anyone.

This property is horrible and we canceled our reservation before checking into room. We were told by staff we would get a complete refund . Property is filthy and staff were as rude and disrespectful as you could possibly be. This place needs to be shut down.

Cigarette burns in bedding. The ac unit is literally hanging off the wall. Hair is on the floor and bedding. Tv does not work. All towels have stains on them. Its like they have never heard of bleach! The lady up front refused to give me toiletries for the bathroom and was rude! I will never stay here again. The super 8 right by it are owned by the same people and it is as nasty and worse! Do NOT stay at these motels! Not enough bedding. The property around the building is nasty. The shower curtain is riddled with mold. Please do not stay here no matter how cheap it is!

Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!!!
Water pressure was awful, TV would not work. No elevator. Kotex taped on ceiling to cover up smoke detector! Pillows were awful, very small and flat. Never anyone stayed at front desk. Anyone could have walked in at any time and did whatever! I want a refund!
