Wonderful hotel...I can't say enough about the staff, who were helpful and accommodating. The restaurant food at Tomas was some of the best that I had while vacationing. Very good location.

Average hotel, small room and bathroom
Room and bathroom are very small, bed and pillows are not comfortable. Reviews are overrated, I would not rate this hotel as exceptional, at most I would say average (6 out of 10). I find it pricey, there are better options in the area in the price range. The restaurant food was good.

Clean, friendly staff. Good location if you want to enjoy the water. Very comfortable beds, pillows, and shower. Good breakfast. Horrible parking, only 4 spots and very very narrow.

Modern, safe, and attractive building that is one block from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and the amenities in the building were excellent.

See English below. Cualquier trato con ellos mienten. Utilizan empleados de habla hispana de países pobres vecinos que a menudo están orientados al cliente para llevar a cabo sus políticas corruptas. Todos los uruguayos (blancos) se esconden de estar de cara al cliente. Tienen una chica uruguaya blanca que maneja a los empleados de piel morena. Ella es una matón. Manténgase alejado de esta propiedad. -Any dealings with them they lie. They use Spanish speaking employees from neighboring poor countries who are often customer facing to carry out their corrupt policies. All the Uruguayans (white) hide out from being customer facing. They have one white Uruguayan girl managing the brown skinned employees. She is a bully. Stay away from this property.

Soro is a relatively small boutique hotel. The room was extremely clean with wonderful beautiful funky furnitures. The king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and satisfying. Finally, staff was extremely professional, friendly, and eager to help with all sort of questions.

Small and well organized. Excellent staff DOWNSIDE > Parking in the surroundings. Hotel parking limited to 4 cars, which is terrible for a city like Montevideo.

Hotel is very nice, I stayed 2 nights, the only issue I had they changed me for breakfast 3 times. I realized it when I checked my credit card statement in airport. Should checked it earlier.

The property itself was fine - what you have come to expect from Hilton. We thought after the amount of money we paid for the room we wouldn't have to pay for each individual coffee pod that we used, but alas, that was not the case. Our issue was with the fact that we checked out 2 days early and they refused us any sort of refund(we paid in advance). Their policy states that the penalty for cancellation or change will be one night's stay but clearly that was not the case with us. Very poor customer service considering we checked in a day early and paid them for an additional night and still they refused to refund us anything.

La habitación es cómoda y espaciosa. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Justo al lado de la rambla y rodeado de restaurantes y comercios. Muy agradable la zona. El desayuno es costoso para lo que sirve. Solo tienen dos opciones.
