“loved loved loved it”
Wonderful friendly staff. Fun hotel with lots of activities. Kids can't wait to return. Food was excellent with many different choices.
“Sooo much better since the renovation”
We stayed at Rose Hall 2 years ago. Was a great family place but rooms were tired. Renovated in 2007 and so in 2008 the place is really nice. We were very hapy there and I would highly recommmend it for families.
“Perfect Getaway for family”
Could not imagine a better quick getaway for family with two small children (6 & 7). Amenities were pristine, service was 5 star, and food was actually very good. Only drawback to the resort is that we never left & could have been virtually anywhere in the world. No, its not the most exclusive resort we've see, but my children have never been happier (and my 6 year old compares all hotels to a suite at the Waldorf).
“Five Star Service at Four Star Price”
My boyfriend and I just got back from the Wyndham. We spent four days before that at another hotel and were determined we would never return to Jamaica until the Wyndham changed our minds.
“Relaxing and Great Service”
This hotel and spa was just what we needed to rejuvenate and have a relaxing vacation at a private beach and resort. The service was excellent and lots of amenities and activities. They even have a free shuttle to shopping and nightlife. We had a great time.
“Excellent place to stay with children”
We were undicided at the beginning about this trip because of comments about Jamaica and the all-inclusive hotels. We were about to return to Cancun when a friend of mine gave me the referral for this Hotel. The day of the arrival, the process of check-in was very fast. The bell boy took us to the room which was impecable. Excellent beds and down pillows. Everything smell great. Everything work in the room and had a LCD Flat screen TV. The bathroom was clean and was of a good size with two white bathrobes. They have a center swiming pool and to the right a water park with a lacy river and two slides (my son love it). The beach area was small and the water was not crystal clear as I my wife was expecting but it was OK. We had a wonderful time using all the amenities that were included, like kayaks, sailing boats and windsurf tables. We went snorkling one day for a little extra money (not as good as Belize keys but OK). The food in the regular buffet was very good, especially the chinesse food. Breakfast was excellent. Of the 4 nights we stayed we dine 3 times in the reservation only fine dinning restaurants. The food was excellent, the service was for kings and queens. We enjoy the enterteinment during the whole stay. There was always something for all ages but especially clean. I loved the environment. We will go back in a couple of years.
“I loved the Rose Hall, can't wait to go back!”
Excellent!
“can't wait to go back”
The hotel is priced very well for what you recieved in return. The food and drinks were also very good.
“Loved Jamaica and will return”
Loved the hotel staff and everything about my experience. The Jamaican people are the nicest people I have ever met.
“Just what we needed.”
We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the Hilton Rose Hall. It was fabulous. The resort was not busy so the beach availability was fine. The water park was not busy as well and we found chairs easily. Staff was friendly. The only issues was a broken lock and dripping shower, which were fixed immediatly. The resort was kid friendly, but having 2 boys of our own we did not mind. Probably not the best place for a honeymoon, but great for an anniversary. We loved the food, but would not have missed anything if we did not eat at the italian restaurant in the resort. The drinks were not watered down, and you had better like red stripe beer (the bar makes the best drinks). Again the staff was extremely friendly "mon." There is 3 free of charge computers for you use. Would definatly go back. Just make sure there is not a huge conference being held at the resort when you go.
