Bugs in the carpet. Dust and dirt on all surfaces that weren’t the bed or main desk. There is water leaking behind the shower head down the inside of the wall. It drips constantly all night, the entire wall must be filled with mold with that much water. Other guests are allowed to run through the halls and yell and scream and play music until 2am without any staff asking them to stop. The hotel apparently has rules but they aren’t followed or enforced. The bathroom also smells like cigarettes. I wouldn’t complain if it was $70 a night. I would except that. But for $200 a night this is laughable.

All staffs were great; from the front desk to the dinning area, every single person was friendly and welcoming. Outside and inside of the property are super neat/clean.

To be clear, this is a motel. There is some fast food places around it and it is right next to Magnetic Hill attractions. The area is not walkable really. The room was clean and basic. Microwàve not operable and access to streaming services on the television were also not working. It is an older building do room had a real 70s vibe. It is inexpensive so don’t expect luxury.

This establishment should not be called a “hotel” NO customer service whatsoever! Dirty sheets and rooms for that matter! Parties going on and staff does not seem concerned at all!

Stayed there as my son needed to be at the airport by 330am we killed 3 wasps in our room my husband is highly allergic... We had kids yelling and screaming from before 10 and continued til after 12 I tried calling the front desk no answer we paid 155 dollars never got 1 ounce of sleep won't be back waste of our money.. We wouldn't go back left at 4am to head back to PEI

This a great place to stop for a night while traveling. It’s a great location just off the highway, easy to get in and out of. There are lots of food options nearby and the included breakfast was on par with other travel hotels nearby. The property looks a little older but the rooms appear to have been updated recently. The only negatives were small: the rooms need more power outlets for charging stuff, the rooms all have window A/C units rather than central air, the water pressure wasn’t great and the hotel was in a cell phone dead zone for me. I’d happily stay here again while on a road trip.

Was supposed to get a queen bed, got a double. No water pressure. Took forever to take a shower. Couldn’t get the tv to work…too complicated. Overpriced…we will not return

I love everything about the motel and staff very nice and friendly,but some rooms needs updates and clean more for the price we pay and I had the executive room for the weekend and the washroom needs a real update and washing walls,but beside that,I’ve been going to the motel for 10 years and I like renting it .☺️

Older motel with decent renovations. Clean rooms. Breakfast very decent. Impress for the price until my new neighbour came in at 2am. Took him 0ver an hour to shut up. The walls and windows are paper thin.

Property dated and looked nothing like the images on the Internet. Walking on covered plywood that was an uneven to walk. The rooms were extremely warm. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable either. Over priced for the quality. Definitely great location as it is easy access to the highway.

I love that the property had green space outside to walk around but could definetly use some upgrades outside. A little more "curb appeal" would be nice. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. Not much noise buffer between rooms, i was on the the main florr and could hear everything above me and beside me.

Our experience with this hotel was an absolute horror show. We checked in to get our key. Then we went out to do a few things. We returned, there were people outside drinking and being loud. We went into the room and immediately were hit with a horrible smell. The room was as small as a prison cell and felt basically the same. The floors sloped, the bed was unclean, the rug was dirty, the walls were dirty, the headboard had bodily fluids on it. We called the front desk and demanded a refund. They stated we had to deal with Expedia. And they are charging a cleaning fee even though we spent approx 5 mins in there realizing it was a horrible place to stay. The AC unit was only working as a fan and it was held with stitch tape. The peep hole was broken and stuffed with paper towel. The list goes on. The front desk agent upon check in was the only positive thing about this hotel. He was very welcoming and kind. My husband developed hives minutes upon entering the room. The pictures they have online are NOTHING like what it is in real life. It is quite shocking. Stay away, unless you want bedbugs, hives & god knows what else.
