« I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside. »

« Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here! »

« My group of 10 guys reserved this stay for a long weekend. The space is very big, good for large groups. Everyone got their own bed which is rare with such a large group. The pool is big and can be heated. Communication with the host company was easy. There were a few issues that came up during our stay that required us to let some workers into the home, luckily we were there, but that did leave some of our group uneasy. The company did order us a pizza as a sorry, so that was nice. Overall it...

« Had a wonderful week in the condo. Eli was very helpful and quick to answer. We have been staying in other VRBOs across the country in our winter retreat and this was the best of them! Had everything we needed and very spacious. Stores were close by and the Strip and Sam's Town were easy to get to as promised. All in all it was better than we had hoped. « This home and backyard was perfect for our family (20 adults & 10 kids) to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary! Each family had their own bedroom / bathroom and there was plenty of entertainment on the property that we didn’t need to leave! We enjoyed the karaoke room and casino tables inside the house, but spent most our time outside in the pool & hot tub or at the enormous bar area. If any problems arose in the house, Greg (homeowner) was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issues....

« Do not stay here. I rented the house for 3 weeks on a work trip. I wanted to use the hot tub so I had to pay a pool heating fee. When I arrived the pool and hot tub were not heated. I informed the owner. She said she would send out the pool guy. Long story short the pool and hot tub were never heated. I'm pretty sure she knew the heater didn't work and charged me the pool heating fee anyways. AND THEN ignored my request for a refund!! She has continued to ignore my texts requesting a refund....

« The home was beautiful, the decor was hip and modern. We had more than enough room for lots of family and friends. The host was very hospitable and responded to my questions very quickly. We all Loved the home and will definitely rent again! »

« From the beginning, communication with the owner and property manager was terrible!!! I had to contact VRBO to finally get them to answer me. The pool does not have any outdoor furniture so my 75 year old mother was expected to get down and lay on the rough cement. When I asked the owner about any outdoor chairs, she suggested we go to the Wynn. That’s where she always goes to enjoy the pool. Who tells you to go and enjoy somewhere else? Our purpose was to hang out by the pool for two days....

« Overall our stay was very good, the house is very spacious and we did not feel crowded at all. The pool was dirty when we arrived, although host stated it was cleaned that morning, it was windy but there was alot of dirt at the bottom, a bit disappointing considering they charge the extra fee to clean it. « We all had a good time at my wife's 75th birthday reunion. The property owner was very responsive and supplied us with everything. She answered our questions about things to do and see in the area She even fixed a minor issue with a clogged bathroom sink while we were there. I would recommend this property to anyone. »

Établissement relativement long à rendre la caution puisque 10 jours plus tard nous n'avons toujours rien. »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
