This Amazing, ONE-OF-A-KIND, massive, high-tech Villa is located 5 miles West of the strip in the wonderful Spring Valley. The newly renovated Villa sits on an acre & has 4 levels, 7500+ SF, ten bedrooms (most suited), 13.5 baths & 18 beds! A basketball court, pool, jacuzzi, brand-new backyard putting green, multiple BBQs, deluxe poker table, real casino 21 Table, craps table & Olhausen pool table, and offers a private, gated 20-car driveway.

The owner spares no expense on this home with the latest technologies. 30+ TVs, Phillips Hue color lighting, Cox Gigabit Wi-Fi, 9 Sonos music zones, 120″ laser theater with 6 TV’s, and keypad locked bedrooms. 2 washers, 2 dryers, a stage & DJ set-up. The gourmet kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and dual hidden trash containers. Stocked with pans, cooking tools, spices, toiletries, and towels.

The space is designed to host large groups while still providing the privacy of key code-locked bedroom doors. We cater to big families, company retreats, wedding parties, and everything else.

Perfect for large groups
This home and backyard was perfect for our family (20 adults & 10 kids) to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary! Each family had their own bedroom / bathroom and there was plenty of entertainment on the property that we didn’t need to leave! We enjoyed the karaoke room and casino tables inside the house, but spent most our time outside in the pool & hot tub or at the enormous bar area. If any problems arose in the house, Greg (homeowner) was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issues. The house and backyard did have some wear and tear damage, but it didn’t effect us from enjoying the property and all it had to offer. When booking this home thru VRBO, I didn’t sign a document. There was a rental agreement that I agreed to when paying for the home, but that file became damaged and no one (including VRBO) was able to open the document to see what was originally agreed upon…so, print out the rental agreement. Overall, our 3 day stay at this property was EPIC and if your planning a large group event, this is your place!!!

This property was perfect for our needs. We appreciated that our dogs were welcome and there was enough room for all of us. Greg was on site to assist with anything we needed and we would like to extend our appreciation to him, he was wonderful!

Great place for large groups
We had a great time at our stay in April. We had a group of 16 guys and were very comfortable. No one had to share a bed and some got their own room. There were many areas that could comfortably seat all of us to hang out. The backyard was our favorite part!

Some things were broken, such as the ice machine and master bedroom electrical jets.
It was ok. Not satisfied with the money spent for a, “Mansion.” Toilets clogged in which they specify over the toilets the have problems with. Thank goodness there’s a total of 14 bathrooms. The master bedroom jet tub didn’t work. The ice machine was not working. Beware of trying to heat the pool/jacuzzi or you’ll be extra charged for that. Oh I forgot, you don’t have to worry about that because that needs maintenance too. Roofing tiles missing, slip hazards on back door, rotting wood trim in back, and holes in the stucco. This place was ok, but not worth the price tag. I could’ve spent half the price somewhere else.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Rented this place out for my Bach and this house made it an unforgettable weekend. The host was very quick to respond with any needs and very helpful. The different amenities really makes this house different and perfect for the Vegas night life!

We'll be back, for sure!!!
This property is HUGE! We had 26-adults with 10 kids. It was big enough to accommodate all of us without any of us being in anyones way. We stayed for 7-days and we had a blast. The property is well equipped to keep everyone occupied and entertained (adults + children) at any given time, day and night, rather it being swimming in the pool, being in hot tub, singing karaoke, dancing up in the disco room, gambling in the poker room, playing pool and darts, challenging eachother on the basketball court, boxing/sparring in the ring, practicing our strokes on the putting green, lounging on the hammock, watching a movie on the big theatre screen or just simply enjoying the surround system throughout the entire property inside and out with your favorite tunes while having a few drinks!! Our stay was amazing. Carmen, Sky and Greg really took care of us. They were immediately there at our doorstep or a phone call away if EVER we needed ANYTHING, trying to accommodate our every need, no questions asked. They were all so easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here and my family and I will definitely be back to stay here again sometime in the near future. ENJOY!!
