Great condo and location
Very comfortable spot with lots of room for family to spread out. coordinating additional days to our stay was a nightmare communicating with Vacasa. We wanted to add few days during a slow time of year and it literally took a over a week to finalize.

Convenient location but several problems
Great location in Moab Problems with a light that didn’t work in one bathroom, not enough dishes, slow coffeemaker, one bedroom door not functional. Frustrating issues as management not local. Conflicting info on extras such as a grill. Good place for a family, not at all ideal for 3 adult couples

Moab getaway
My son and I visited to celebrate his college graduation, we couldn't have asked for a better 'home base'. The location is perfect for a wide variety of activities and the home is beautiful. We appreciated the balcony for breakfast and dinner, lovely views. The home is clean, spacious with comfortable beds and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend!!

A great home base
This VRBO provided the perfect home base for our family to return to after our days adventuring and exploring all that Moab had to offer. It was clean and offered all the conveniences of home with the full kitchen and laundry which we utilized. We wished it would have been communicated or listed on the page that the pool and hot tub were both still closed through our visit but even as we checked in the information still listed May and June. This was our only disappointment. We loved the location and all that it offered. We would stay again and will definitely recommend this property.

Great location close to Arches NP entrance. Spacious with very convenient garage with space for two cars. Was even able to leave the hardtop storage on one car since one side of the garage is extra tall. Great living area

An oasis in the desert
The condo is located in a great spot that is close to everything you would want to do, parks to the north and downtown to the south. As for the property it was clean and well maintained with a nice pool and park area. We had 8 staying in the condo and it was very comfortable for everyone. I did make a call about not having enough pool towels and within an hour a Vacasa representative showed up with enough for everyone. Also, on our last night, a group of young boys showed up that we’re a little wild and the site employees addressed before any guests were distributed. Thank you!

Condo was great. Clean, nice, excellent location. Everything was in working order, nice balcony, and kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. While there, we enjoyed visiting/hiking Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State park, and hiking to Corona Arch.

A little smaller than what it seemed from the online pictures. Good location north of town. More in town would be better. Needs a little TLC. Would stay there again.

Wonderful stay and time at this condo!! Fun for the whole family!
We had a blast at this condo unit. Great location, condo was well stocked, and the pool/ hot tub was a plus. Thumbs up!! Only problem is that the wifi went down midway through the stay, and despite calling the company, no one ever returned our call. Otherwise we had a great experience.

Fantastic stay for our family in Moab
We loved this property. It was just north of Moab which was nice as it was a little closer to Arches and Canyonlands. It suited our group of 7 perfectly and the layout was great. It was clean and well appointed. I would recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay there again.
