Very nice hotel with fresh chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival. Room was clean, quiet, and beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out.

Check in was easy and staff was super friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue i had was the bathroom sink and shower drains were very slow and took a long time to drain.

It was great. I felt like it was worth what we paid which was still very affordable for us. The breakfast was great - so many different choices and options. Staff was friendly too.

Great experience
Great facility, delicious daily breakfast. Fresh baked cookies throughout the day was such a nice treat along with hot beverages. Quite and clean. Every staff we came in contact with was nice and polite, always greeting with a smile.

The stay was great! Bed and nath were comfy and clean. The bathroom door is broken and does not shut / squeaks so loud. Customer service and breakfast are always tops!

Great Evening Service, Might Not Get Breakfast
The lady at check in was amazing - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the pool had towels. Security took care of a drunk guy in the lobby. No complaints there at all. The huge negative was breakfast. On a Saturday morning, breakfast was only open until 9:30. We went down about 9:10 and the breakfast attendant made sure everyone knew she was closing at 9:30. The food was pretty much gone and when we asked if more would be brought out, she wouldn’t respond. Then at 9:28 on the dot she brought out a bunch of fresh hot breakfast. Luckily my husband was able to gab an omelette quick before the lady let all the hotel workers in and slammed the doors shut. She even trapped a hotel guest in there! The workers all looked very hungry so I’m glad they got to eat. But she could have kept the food stocked until the end so everyone was able to get breakfast. We ended up having to stop and buy breakfast for our oldest, which defeats the point of staying at a hotel with continental breakfast.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are also very attentive. The room was cleaned well, with housekeeping daily. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. Coffee is offered throughout the day which is very, very nice. Also, can't resist those warm cookies waiting for us when we return to the hotel. We did not use the pool so we cannot rate on that.

Our booking did not come across to the hotel as it was agreed up in Expedia. We were given a double queen room with no hide a bed. The hotel staff we quick to fix the problem and moved us to the correct room. They were friendly and assisted in any way possible, even opening the door when the deadbolt was stuck.

We have stayed in several different hotels in Minot and this was our first time at this hotel but it definitely won't be our last. We come to Minot a few times a year and this is by far the best! The rooms are spacious and clean.The pool area is nice and very clean, plus, the hot tub is actually hot which in my experience is a rare find in a hotel. My kids said they liked having a large TV in the room. Every single staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly & helpful. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. And they serve the most delicious fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Seriously, my kids and I could not get over how good they were. Highly recommend staying here in you are in Minot. You won't be disappointed.
