We stayed at this hotel during the week of Labor Day and encountered several issues. The room had a broken toilet that caused the toilet to overflow, resulting in an unpleasant odor. When we reported the problem, the so called manager (male) was extremely unprofessional, refusing to inspect the issue or provide us with an alternative room. Instead, he suggested we use the lobby bathroom for showers. He was extremely rude, arrogant and dismissive, demonstrating a clear lack of basic customer service skills. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. He had a no care attitude. Use your had earned money somewhere else.

It always gets the job done for my family of four for a decent price when we travel to the area to see family. The staff is friendly and polite and I definitely feel very safe when I’m there. The beds are comfortable even for my bad back and the AC was working beautiful. This time my main complaints were that I found a smear of blood on the shower wall when we arrived and then when we used the pool the bathroom had clearly not been monitored by staff. The toilet was clogged, there was no toilet paper, the hand soap was empty, and there was a used shower chair with a dirty towel on it. The hot tub jets weren’t working either. I'll definitely be back in the future though because the pros definitely outweigh the cons!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, staff very accommodating, good breakfast, great shower. Would have preferred an elevator but OK. All in all a nice place to stay.

Likable is not too much. But property condition was not good. I had problem with water drainage and it want' taken care of during my stay. Overall comparing to my experience to other places like Days Inn, Quality Inn and similar this one was not good to me. Others may like it.

The staff was amazingly friendly and i don't think ive ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. The cleaning gals did a wonderful job. Shower curtains and comforters were all freshly washed and there wasn't a hair or dust bunny to be found. Will definitely stay there again. Also the pool clean and chlorineated perfectly.

In town for soccer tournament
Our room wasn't quite ready when we checked in but the staff was so accommodating in holding our bags until it was ready. We could see them pulling our duvet covers and shower curtains out of the dryer- something I always wonder about when I stay at a hotel. The cleanliness was great and the staff was so friendly! We will for sure come again.
