The staff were fantastic, but that’s about the only positive this hotel. The pool is dingy, and the chemical ratio is way too high. The smell is pretty intense. The rooms are tiny, and the furniture looks as if they were found at garage sales. It was very disappointing

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel could use an upgrade, but was very clean. No noise where we were at on 5th floor. Nice breakfast in morning for 11.95. Bar on site.

Staff was very friendly, easy check in... It's a very outdated facility. I do have to say the beds were comfortable. Can't say anything about the breakfast, it was $11.95 so we went out.

The pool bleach was to strong had to open the door. No frig to store food! Cigarette butts in front entrance! No nice smoking area you can sit down and enjoy yourself.ALLL STAFF MEMBERS WERE VERY NICE ESPECIALLY JOJO! He walked me to my room because I needed her to and she helped me without hesitation! She’s a wonderful person!

Only had one small garbage can in the bathroom and thought that was weird, otherwise everything was great, very friendly girls at check in, and the guy bartending did a good job with a fairly rowdy crowd and he kept the bar open well past the 10pm closing time 🙂

Very disappointed that this property lists area shuttle but no longer shuttles you to the Brewers games unless you've added the Brewers package, which isn't an option to do on Expedia. Was willing to pay the fee to add the Brewers package but was told we couldn't since we booked thru a 3rd party. Please update your property information. Our room was decent, did have an odd smell and broken blinds. Hotel claims to be smoke free, but both elevators smelled like marijuana, and so did the lobby. Check out is at 11 but at 10:30 housekeeping was knocking on our door to get in the room.

Definitely run down and explains why it was available and at what appeared to be a reasonable rate for a sold out situation due to concert at Am Fam Field. No fitted sheet on our bed, just a flat that didn't cover the mattress so we were laying on the plastic or rubber mattress cover. Definitely not worth the rate after staying there and will not be back unless a remodel is done. Only pro was that it was close proximity to Am Fam Field.

We were very grateful that we could get a room in short notice. We needed to get a room close to the hospital for my wife’s emergency appointment. We are also happy to know that the hotel offers a shuttle bus to home Milwaukee Brewers games and would like to take advantage of that service and stay package on our next trip.

My family had an easy and great time staying here at Sonesta. Friendly staff at the front desk that greeted and answered all our questions. Easy layout to get around to our rooms and the gym. We did not have any issues during our stay here.

I'm a Milwaukee native, and was back visiting family. I chose this hotel because it was close to where they live. Staff were very friendly. But the condition of the property needs attention. The curtains in my room were torn, and there was mold around the caulking in the shower. Gross! However, the rest of my room was clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the morning was nice, but the option of a $15 breakfast was disappointing and pricey! Also, no maid services unless requested. On my next trip back, I'll be looking for other accomodations.

The staff was SO nice! I was a little hesitant because there had been a couple of reviews talking about the poor attitude of the staff, but they were some of the sweetest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Would DEFINITELY stay here again if I need to be in that area again.
