Overall it was a great stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was because all the dishes were dirty in dishwasher from last guest and sticky finger/hand prints from little kids on cabinets and doors which you can't see unless your sitting on the couch so being a Mom didn't bother me to much. It's easy to miss but another guest might not think highly of it.

Worst experience ever. Reserved Friday and Saturday night with this hotel. Due to issues we could not come Friday, I called hotel and informed them that I will be there in the morning. They assured me it was ok. I get there the next morning and staff tells me they can’t find me. Lady lectured me about why I shouldn’t book through 3rd party aka Expedia. She continued to lecture about how they did not get paid and forced me to book through her for the room for that night. Stupidest thing I have ever heard. Been booking through Expedia forever and never had a problem. Poor customer service at this location.

Hotel was definitely clean. Overall it was a good hotel. I’d stay there again. We chose to not get a rental car based on all reviews regarding Milwaukee. In fact, during a tour of a brewery they verified what cars people had to avoid theft. The hotel was in walking distance from a lot of places and whenever we needed a Uber/Lyft it took maybe 5 minutes for them to get there. Breakfast was pretty good. We played pool downstairs. The only time it seemed crowded was during breakfast. There’s also a decent gym. Con: No greeting at the front desk though. It was actually odd standing there and no one saying, “thanks for visiting”, “be with you soon” or something. In fact, at one point there were 2 front desks clerks and then one walked away to feed a dog. Meanwhile, there’s several people attempting to be seen. She then came back, collected her belongings and left. I would’ve appreciated a “sorry I have to clock out but someone will be with you soon”. Anyhow, I could tell the front desk wasn’t going to be open to assistance. Once seen by the other lady, she seemed a bit upset. Let me add, we saw a few different front desks clerks during our stay and we only got one guy to seem friendly. Everyone else that worked there seemed amazing especially the older gentleman during breakfast. No other issues. I’d visit again.

Good luck getting housekeeping to clean your room we stayed 2 nights and 2 days housekeeping never came to clean. They said they cleaned every other day and they did not. Had to ask for towels and bring my own cleaning supplies

The location is nice and tucked away just a few steps from downtown which is convenient. The free breakfast was good and front desk was accommodating. Only issues were House keeping didn’t come too often and ran out of towels with no replacements. I would recommend staying here

A great hotel: clean, spacious, lots of amenities, and great staff. Upon arrival it took about 10 minutes before I was checked in; however, person at the desk was lovely. Sadly, my room was very cold and I had no control over the temperature. I reported the matter to the front desk twice before it was looked at. However, I was not advised how to change the temperature. I was allocated a 1st floor room directly opposite a car park. At 615 each morning I was woken up by what I think was a garbage truck. It was exceptionally noisy. I was impressed with the facilities in general and the front desk staff.

The price for our 2 queen bed room was good, and we were pleasantly surprised with how much space we had. Very convenient to have a dishwasher and microwave as well as a larger sized refrigerator. The room was clean and everything worked well. The hotel was a nice walking distance from the 3rd ward to go to restaurants and shops. My only complaint would be the lack of affordable parking locations, I had to use SpotHero to find one that wasn't $25 per night.

Room and location were perfect. Breakfast was rather skimpy for a Hilton product. Had to keep lining up to reach the waffle make- gave up twice..Kinda squeezed breakfast area for the number of quests. Parking is a nightmare as with all downtown MILwaukee hotel. If downtown Parking is your issue, Check the local Days Inn for included parking but the neighbourhood may not be as good.

The property itself was great but we found dirty linens in the hide-a-bed as well as a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod. Was not impressed with that but overall it was a great place.

As I’m about to pour a beverage into a cup from inside my room I stop myself to see if the cup was actually clean and discovered lip prints on the rim of the cup. I started to check the other cups and found more lip prints and dried liquid on the inside the cup. Even though I’m a guest and I shouldn’t be washing the previous guests dishes, I look for dishwashing liquid and couldn’t find any. the dirty cups and the lack of soap to wash these dishes caused me to look into the dishwasher to see if there were any dirty dishes in it, and there were. a plate with solidified crumbs, a big steak knife with dried meat on the tip of it in a spoon with what seemed to be chocolate ice cream on the back of it. I told the receptionist about the problem and ask to speak to the manager. She was able to assign me a new room but the manager wasn’t in so she would reach out to me tomorrow. The next day I had trouble with my room key and while The receptionist on shift was fixing it I told her about my situation and asked to speak with the manager again. As I’m explaining what happened I noticed she her nonchalant attitude about my experience. I definitely had a better experience with the night receptionist. This receptionist informed that the manager was busy, and as the day went on I never heard from that manager. I visit Milwaukee frequently for bucks and Brewers games and I was hoping this place would be my new home away from home so I’m highly disappointed with my experience.

The only downside was the valet parking service seemed to be more focused on surrounding properties. This is not the hotel’s fault but I would suggest that the parking situation be explained better in the description. The client before me was visibly upset once he learned of this and subsequently took his frustration out on the employee of the hotel. The stay was great other than that outside issue that can and will affect customers opinions.
