A friendly receptionist, he came immediately to help us. Sorry he is a cubs fan! Lol The breakfast was excellent.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was new and clean. It was quite noisy in the lobby due to kids running around. There were kids playing snall basketball in front of the elevator area (where were the parents...). The staff could have done something.

They deserve the 9 guest rating they have! Great price, clean, cookies & bottled water offered when checking in. I missed the breakfast, but it sure smelled good.

Booked me a room at a FULL hotel...
Your service booked us this room, only to find out upon arrival that the hotel had been sold out. My family was traveling and needed accommodations due to a power outage in another part of town. Having to scramble for another option with 4 month old at 9pm on a Saturday is not the service I'd expect from you guys.

Awesome Hotel!
This hotel was phenomenal. Ultra clean housekeeping was awesome with replenishing of towels and things on our multi night stay. They had a full hot breakfast with eggs, breakfast meats, omelettes biscuits, and gravy plus assorted breads and bagels. Also had a pancake machine that was in good use. We use the pool, and it was temperature controlled to be comfortable. Front desk people were very welcoming and check in was painless.

I liked its location next to the health club. The only complaint i have is the noise from the central HVAC system (the room was quiet otherwise). However, I would certainly stay here again.
