The power went out at whole facility, not their fault, on my first night. They were quick in getting it resolved. I had a great stay....it was quiet and room was CLEAN. The employees were friendly. No complaints

Very busy place. There was a church convention going on and there was a wedding party also in the property. Very quiet. Good price point. The best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel

Arrived Friday evening, no hot water. Told manager in morning. Was gone all day, upon arrival in the evening, water was brown and manager said water heater was just replaced and give it some time. Did not have hot water until morning I left. Manager said they would give me a discount. As of 2 weeks after stay, no credit to my card. Stayed here every year for the same event. This will be the last time.

Decent Overnight Stay
The reviews of this facility that I saw when booking were spot on. The location is older and certainly not as modern as some places but an excellent spot to "crash" for a night if needed. I wouldn't bring the family here on vacation but if you need a reasonable clean spot...this is it. Staff were EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating.

Customer Service
The folks there are always warm and friendly, something that’s usually a hard find in NJ. The lady and gentlemen who are a married couple always have this way of making me feel like I’m their daughter. Hard to completely describe but the aura is always very caring. The room was immaculate as always. It was my 2d time there and will continue to book while visiting NJ.

1 night after softball tournament
Nice hotel and nice area. The full sized fridge was great and the room was clean. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower but not a huge deal. There were lots of food and shopping options available in the area. Nice overnight stay.

The room was great. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The one thing I didn't care was on top of the room rate they charge you $100 for incidentals that they said will be refunded if not needed to cover something, but could take up to 10 business days to do.

We were pleasantly surprised at the nice condition of the property because the price was right! All hotels in Vineland were twice the price. The Suburban side has been recently remodeled. Breakfast was hot and good. We will stay there again next year.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy and came with a full size fridge/freezer. Also was very surprised of a full microwave, kitchen and electric stove top. Beds were pretty comfortable, and the AC worked great! Very quiet!

Check-in staff & Breakfast room staff were great. Wish pool had been open a little longer. Room had a full fridge & kitchenette wbich was nice. Floor seemed swept but needing to be mopped. Place was clean. Good value for price paid.
