the property fees was an extra charge and the parking fee was so expensive. the 10 dollar credit was not explained very well so we could not use it! The grab and go offer for restaurant was not very early and opened late in the morning.

We had a great time! Staff is super friendly, restaurant had good food and tasty drinks. There’s no self parking, only valet; so if you favor self parking, you’re out of luck. When we got into the room, the air conditioning wasn’t working, but it was fixed in a timely manner. I love the way the bathroom is set up! The bathrooms weren’t clean though. There was pee in the toilet, soap on the walls in the shower, and the bathtub was pretty dirty. The carpet in the bedroom was sticky as well. If a better cleaning job was done, the day would have been almost perfection!!

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We booked a suite for Mother's Day weekend, excited for a family getaway. The suite, complete with a kitchen and spacious living room, seemed perfect for us. However, our excitement quickly turned sour. Upon arrival, we headed straight to the beach to enjoy the beautiful weather. We hoped to order food and drinks, but the staff seemed disinterested and failed to attend to us. We had to constantly search for them, and when we finally caught their attention, we were dismayed to discover that every charge included a service fee. It seemed as though the staff had little incentive to provide good service, knowing they would receive a tip regardless. Later, we moved to the pool area, where I simply requested a refill of my Diet Coke from the bartender. Instead of accommodating my request, he rudely suggested I go buy it myself across the street because he was closing. This lack of basic hospitality was disappointing, especially after a long day at the beach and pool. The evening took a turn for the worse when the manager, German, began harassing us about noise levels in our room. Despite our efforts to comply by turning off the TV and calming the kids, German continued to bother us. Eventually, we were forced to change rooms in the middle of the night, completely ruining our getaway. German's defensive and unprofessional handling of the situation only exacerbated our frustration.

Loved the view from my ocean front room. Bed was comfy. The food wasnt good and very limited. No table or chairs for the balconies. No napkins or paper towels for their kitchen areas. No USB plugs in the main areas of the room. Two remotes neither worked for the tvs. Took a few calls for engineering to come replace them. No washer or dryers. No cleaners avaliable. This is the third Noble House property and I have to say this was missed on a lot of things

Property looks pretty old and even after renovations the rooms, hallways and washrooms feel dated. There is very less light and no fans in the rooms which is horrible with Miami humidity. The beach access is humble and beaches are pretty smelly. Lets talk about house keeping and services, we requested some towels and garbage bags by calling room services and even after calling thrice during a span of 2 hours in the morning those stuffs never arrived. Finally we had to go down and complain at the front desk to have it all delivered to our room. Valet staff is friendly but the property has limited parking and during the busy times you might have to wait a decent bit to get your car, also there is no free self parking. There is just one Dining option which is not great anyway, luckily there is plenty of eating and shopping options around the property. Overall I am highly disappointed by this property, they should not at all be classified as “4 STAR”. Their amenities, rooms and services at best qualify as 2-3 star. There are other 3 star properties within 5 miles which are way better and probably cheaper.

I love boutique hotels because they're intimate and more like home. The staff at Sole made me feel totally welcome from start to finish. The hotel is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful with information. Anil was great with checking in process! Sole is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants in the area. Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good, with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat, location,and great service!!!!

Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good, with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat, location,and great service!!!!

Traveling with small kid. Everything was clean . My kid loves pool, so we spend the whole time there. Stuff is nice and friendly. Night bonfire by the ocean, cool for relaxing. Will come back again

This was our first time at Sole hotel, but we have stayed in sunny aisle many times before. Location is amazing right across the street there a lot of restaurants and shops. Facility of the beach was very nice. And the pool was actually is not as small as it looks on the picture. Room was renovated nice balcony. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.
