Believe the hotel is soon to be demolished and redeveloped. Seems about right. Although the staff were great, the hotel is very tired for a MO. Shouldn’t be charging 5* prices.

Beautiful hotel…room was gorgeous and very well appointed.
Balcony had a lovely view but also a puddle of leftover storm water with cigarette butts in it.
Bed was super comfy and the AC was quiet BUT there was an air grill that would very noisily snap / click expand and contract when the AC went on and off. Kept us up a good portion of the night.
Also they offer WhatsApp service calls. I asked for drinks for the room. One hour later still waiting.
So they need some work to earn their price point. These are all minor issues but not when you are paying $1600/night

Amazing view but dated hotel
The stay overall was good. The view was the skyline most impressive and valuable attribute of the stay here. The onsite entertainment and music was great along with breakfast just being okay for $150. The hotel and rooms felt dated and behind the level of luxury standard and for the brand. I may be picky but the greatest things are a result of high standards.

The service received from beginning to end was phenomenal! I think that’s what really makes this property stand out. It is an older property but very well maintained. Bars and restaurants on site were amazing as well!

The rooms are nice but our room was missing a hair dryer and an iron and it took the hotel 1 hour to bring an old conair hairdyer so i was late to dinner.
There is no coffee machine in the rooms.
The location is nice, the view is nice but the lobby area and in general the hotel is outdated.
