Advertise as having a restaurant and bar. The first time we asked the staff as to the location of restaurant and bar we were told there wasn’t one to be later advised that it’s only open for breakfast… we had to walk everywhere or wait 40 min for valet service. As there were no ther options for parking. Over all room was clean, no ice machine and the mini bar was satesfactery. We were severely miss led by the advertising stated that there is a restaurant and bar but mind not state it’s hrs. Should be called a breakfast bar not a “restaurant”

An old building all fully renovated so very small rooms but well done. I wouldn't spend a week there but 1-2 nights it's perfect.

The hotel is a no frills establishment. Very minimalistic, but clean and provides what is needed. I had an issue with plumbing in one room and a malfunctioning key card fob in the second room that I was moved to, but the staff was professional and comped my breakfast the next morning. One thing to note, some of the rooms have completely see-through bathroom, which provide no privacy.

Love the staff and service there! Even though we only booked one night and have already checked out, they help to keep our luggage until 8 pm, which is so nice! And the location is perfect for visitors!

My only complaint is the bizarre coffee machine they utilize in certain rooms. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in probably over 75-countries and have seen a coffee machine of this type. This is my third stay at the Langford of which, on two occasions I was unable to use this particular type of coffee machine. With that said, I’m certain it’s very simple to operate if I asked for assistance. Nonetheless, great facility, location, and staff.

The breakfast was amazing, and Liudmila was a very helpful and cheerful server. Nice 1920s art deco dining room. Valet parking is required for $42/night, and you have to wait around 10-15 minutes for them to bring your car. They forgot to bring my car once after I requested it. There’s a great trendy eatery very close by and a very popular Waterfront Mall with restaurants and very loud music, and yet homeless people are also around these high end areas. Staff were all polite and helpful.
