The service, location, food and staff were all excellent. The only negatives I would mention (and they are minor) is that the room needed a little more lighting and parking was sparse and expensive.

“New & modern”

You need to be the kind of person that likes luxury with little of tasteless... Rooms are really confortable and neat, but there are a couple of things about it that were too much for me: the most incredible?? GLASS doors at the WC!!! No privacy at all. Staff, services, amenities and everithing was very good.

I just had to write a review on the "Dream" South Beach hotel in Miami...It was AMAZING to say the least!!!..The staff was above and beyond helpful,giving directions to local hot spots and proving a speedy check-in.The room was chic and very romantic..LOVED the color scheme!!!...I will DEFINATELY stay here the next time I go to Miami!!!!..Simply AWESOME!!!....This was my first trip to Miami,and it proved to be a memorable one thanks to the "Dream" South Beach hotel!!!!!

“Fabulous Hotel - Great staff & service, price, & location!”

All of the staff, porters, and security were extremely friendly and helpful. The front office personnel were very accommodating allowing us to manage early arrival check-in and a later check out time. The hotel and rooms were perfectly clean, tidy, and modern. Very nice atmosphere that made it relaxing. The location is fabulous - close to restaurants, cafes, bars & lounges, stores, beach, walk/running pathways and boardwalk. We have frequently visited the area and have now found a new favorite place.

“Nice new hotel”

This is a new hotel and I wasn't aware when I made the reservation that most of the amenities were still under construction. Expedia did not make this clear. Once I spoke to management about this they were very accommodating, making sure we had access to another hotel's pool as well as great places to dine. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is spotless. The walls are thin though, but I guess you can't expect quiet in Miami Beach. Once all their amenities are available I am sure this will be a great place to stay.

“Un bon choix pour South Beach”

Moderne (presque trop pour les anciens !) et très confortable; très bien situé à Sobe. Personnel serviable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Si vous êtes un couche tôt (mais pourquoi choisir Miami dans ce cas ?) éviter les quelques chambres plus grandes mais un peu bruyantes donnant sur la rue principale. J'ai pu changer sans problème car elles sont nombreuses à l'arrière.

“Great hotel in great spot”

The Palmer House was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the room/decor was lovely. The only complaint, on my end, was that you could hear the street noise throughout the night. That's because the location is ideal!

“tres bon hotel”

service agreable, hotel design très moderne avec des lumières d'ambiance partout. chambres un peu petite mais fonctionnelle, l’éclairage est sympa mais pas facile a maitriser de prime abord. pas trop de lumière naturelle par contre, faut pas être chlostro sans doute. Essayez plutot le dernier etage et une chambre au fond de l'aile a l'est pour éviter le bruit de la rue, par contre vous aurez les éboueurs le dimanche matin dans la ruelle à la place, on peut pas tout avoir... service impeccable, check out à 12h avec possibilité de garder vos valises dans un endroit safe le temps de faire du shopping de dernière minute (ou une dernière halte sur la plage qui est à 5min à pied montre en main) tres bon rapport qualité prix pour l'hebergement vu qu'on a pas testé le resto

Location is one block from the beach, nicely renovated and modern rooms. Close to restaurants and night life.
