The room was nice but it needs to be updated the ceiling was peeling and some of the furniture was chipping it just needs to be updated but overall I like the hotel and its location.

Very cute boutique style hotel. Right in center of action. Walked to the beach, did shopping and lots of bars and food choices all around the hotel. Was able to walk everywhere!

Rooftop pool was amazing, great location, bars/restaurant was great and the happy hour specials were awesome. Staff was very friendly, building was clean, elevator had issues but we were only on the second floor and didn’t mind the stairs.

Hotel was nice, loved the convenience of walking. Pool needs to be updated. Their payment and deposit hold system could be a lot better. It was very confusing the way it was held and given back then taken again. That normally isn’t how it works. Overall, staff was nice. A lot of privacy.

Dream Hotel is my happy place! With a rooftop pool, a bar and a delicious Mexican Restaurant (Naked Taco) next door that delivers poolside, what more can you ask for? Oh, and did I mention it’s a block away from the beach and the hotel provides beach chairs and towels, too? The glass of Prosecco at check in is a nice new touch since my last visit in ‘22!! You’ve got to check it out!

Perfect place to stay in Miami! Check in was at 4pm but they friendly let us coming in at 12pm!!!! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants; very nice rooftop with pool! Easy free valley parking. Quiet and clean room. Really recommended!

Marijuana smoke coming through the ac vents, hallways, couldn’t sleep it was so terrible! Water pressure ..far too low. Only trickling. Vanity mirror did not work on 2/3 settings. Poor lighting. Unable to get lighting from window due to headboard partial wall and the way the blinds are. Doors separating room and shower and toilet are impossible to open or close too heavy and stuck. Only one handle and only on one side. Grout in shower was overdone.

This property was great for our short trip down to Miami Beach. It's two blocks to the beach (and offers chairs and towels with the resort fee), in a very walkable neighborhood, and the housekeeping and pool/bar staff were tremendous. In terms of the rooms, ours was small and felt dated, but it was very clean and honestly, we weren't there for the room! It offers a great rooftop pool that has a stellar menu and delicious bites. Justin in particular was a stand out - he was so kind and made sure everyone had water, popcorn, towels, and anything else they may have needed, checking in throughout our time at the pool.

The rooms were very nice and the staff friendly. The rooftop pool was great. We ended up staying at the pool two days after spending the morning at the beach. The hotel provided chairs and towels at the beach so I had no problem with the resort fee of $35 per day. Great location, literally backing up to the Versace mansion.

The staff was very courteous, helpful, and had great attitudes. The room was clean upon arrival, cleaned daily, and exactly what I expected when I booked it. Great location, everything felt close by. Cool rooftop pool and bar. The complimentary beach chairs, and the company they use, were great and very personable. Will stay here annually.

The room was small particularly the bathroom and shower which were split oddly between the hallway upon entering the room. The pool is small and outdated on the roof of the building next door. 8 people maximum can fit comfortably. The location was within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.

The room was small and poorly lit. While the lighting was somewhat unique, it offered little control or direction. The TV had so many channels it was hard to select anything as literally paging thru hundreds. There is a mandatory $150 resort fee which gets you a free chair at the beach, but if you want an umbrella, you have to rent it. The rooftop patio and pool is wonderful as is the location. Also nice is the direct access to the restaurant and bar if weather is bad or you don’t feel like going out.
