Stay out of the restaurant.

Pros: Price was reasonable, so I had diminished expectations in the first place. Sort of like flying on a low-cost airline... I don't really expect much.
Cons: Fire the restaurant staff. Turn the music down. Turn the AC up to at least 55ºF for a start.
Location: Location was good, ... Shuttle service was good.
Not a bad hotel for the price-point. It had the usual air conditioner under the window that had to be turned off because of the noise of the unit. I didn't mind because I don't need a room that is too cold anyway. The only real problem with the hotel was the restaurant. I went in there for breakfast and I was the only customer. I quickly found out why.... It was freezing cold... Meat-Locker cold. There was loud, very loud,.. Latino music, that I normally would love, but not in the morning and not at that VOLUME!!! I asked the staff to turn the AC to a warmer temperature, and also to turn down the music. The staff was totally indifferent to my request. I was served cold eggs, cold toast that had to be sent back, and luke-warm coffee. I asked the serving staff if they had noticed that I was the ONLY customer, and if they had given any thought as to why the restaurant was not full of patrons at breakfast time. Again,... they were disinterested and indifferent.

Standard Room, Disappointing experience

Location: A lot of construction and confusion close by. Good thing, once you get on interstate- Miami South Beach is within a half hour drive.
Complimentary shuttle ride from the airport started our trip. Waved down driver, he did not help us with luggage and did not speak to us. Arrived to hotel a half hour before check in and stood at desk waiting almost half hour for someone to check us in. No one was there. Room was a standard double, Fairly clean but outdated. Beds were very hard and construction noise from across driveway was constant. Ice machine did not work on our floor, or the second floor- had to go to 1st floor for ice. No continental breakfast or coffee in loby, attached restaurant was dirty, and again- no one spoke English. We had to point to a poster at what we wanted and the bill was not accurate at end. While trying to get coffee to start the day, our housekeeper stripped our beds and took our towels. That was fine, but she didn't come back. After almost an hour, we had to go to front desk and request someone come back to our room and put sheets back on our bed. Hotel had no problem at check out charging us, but shuttle was running late. Was told shuttle left every 30 minutes, but after 45 minutes we waited still with other frustrated guests. Driver did ask us which airline, and we were dropped off at the proper entrance. The price of this property was average for the area, but I'm sure you can find a better property. I am not a picky person, but this was the worst hotel experience I've had for a chain like Days Inn.

Great Hotel!!!!!

Pros: Price, location, facilities, the room itself, parking facilities, breakfast.
Cons: The staff was not super nice....
Location: I was going to universal studios for the weekend. It might not be the closest hotel but its worth the little drive.
Way better than expected. Cheap and well located this hotel has everything you need at a great price.

Pros: Room, house cleaning and hotel operators were pleasant
Cons: More training in customer PR
Location: actually the only thing in the area is expressways and traffic jams - highly recommend GPS
Hotel was great; however, with all the construction around the area it was hard to avoid heavy traffic and no where near restrurants

Location: It's all under construction (would have been nice to know) and gated up everywhere. I had no vehicle, so it's not like I could walk anywhere.
I only stayed the first night and left first thing in the morning. It was awful and disgusting. I ate the money and went to a different place. It was AWFUL. Bed felt damp. TV had terrible reception. I was in a room right outside the elevators. The elevators were LOUD and kept waking me up. It smelled wet throughout the entire hotel.
