“GREAT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE”

Would be nice to add an APPLE computer for those of us who are not savy in the Windows computers and need to get to our boarding passes within 24 hours of our next flight. Add another grab bar in the tub, easier to get into it holding to one on the right hand side of the tub. The one on the left is great when you are inside the tub and are afraid of falling down. OVERALL-Great location, great and friendly service....

“Impressive hotel with great location, great staff, and great rates.”

Marriott continues to produce a topnotch brand. The hotel amenities superseded our expectations and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. Location was superb and the close proximity to south beach, the airport, and major highways was a huge plus.

“Will be returning!”

We really felt that this was our "home away from home". The hotel staff was wonderful! They were always ready to meet all of our needs. Due to severe weather conditions in the Midwest our flight was cancelled and we had to return to the hotel at 4:30 am. The shttle was there to pick us up and we moved back into our room without delay. We also were given complimentary breakfast buffet coupons. Much appreciated!

“All Round Satisfaction”

The hotel is well situated in pleasant surroundings just a few minutes walk from the Miracle Mile shopping and restaurant area and only a ten minute drive from MIA airport via the 'on demand' hotel shuttle bus. We did not therefore use the food facilities of the hotel. It was clean in all areas and the staff were helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and fitness facility were both more than adequate. “I plan on staying there again”

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. It was also within walking distance of the Miracle Mile. I took in a Miami Dolphins game while I was there. Landshark Stadium was only about 20 minutes away and very accessible.

“Very nice & friendly”

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. We used the business area to print things off the internet; it was quite convenient for us. Parking was good, coffee in the lobby. Our room faced the busy street and we never heard anything. We plan to stay there next year when we visit.

“Our favorite near U of Miami”

Some other hotels near the campus are not as clean and the clients are more interested in "partying", and others that are more "uppity". This hotel is very professional, family-friendly, and comfortable. There is actually a digital thermostat on the air-conditioner with high/low settings. The pool area is very clean and relaxing. There was actually a private, catered event at the pool one evening, but we couldn't hear anything with our room door closed, even though we were right by the pool.
