Do not depend on the shuttle bus coming to get you from the air. I called six times at 9;00 at night for a shuttle busy for my family and I. We ended up having to get an UBER to come get us. When we got to the hotel the two representatives said that the driver was busy. I asked to speak the manager and they told me that manager wasn’t available and that she would be there the next day. The next day……the manager was NOT there!!

This hotel is amazing! Our original hotel we had booked essentially cancelled on us last minute. (We went to check in to the Days Inn down the street at 7:30 and their computer system had been down since 5pm, said they couldn't do anything until it was back up and suggested we find somewhere different to stay) New hotel was more expensive, but the front desk was super nice, had dinner suggestions for us, and was overall amazing to help us. Our room was clean and quiet and just what we needed after a stressful day. We planned on staying one night and heading somewhere new the next but ended up rebooking a second night because it was so enjoyable.

The hotel wasn’t a bad hotel. It seemed pretty clean and the staff were nice, it was just hard to find them. We went to the front desk several times to ask a question and no one was there. We even waited a while for someone to come to the desk and no one did. Another guest even walked towards the offices and said “hello” but no one ever came. I’m not faulting the staff because like I said everyone was nice and it wasn’t that important that we talk to someone immediately so we just never asked our questions and went back to our room. They may have just been short staffed I’m not sure of the situation that’s why I gave it 4 stars because overall it was a nice hotel.

i called about needing a shuttle to the port two days before our cruise, was told we would do at check in. i get checked into my room and asked about a shuttle at 11 my check in is at 11:30 and they are conveniently booked out until 1 that definitely is not going to work for us so now i gotta find a second plan to get to our check in on time. so much for pre planning.. other than this the stay was good check in was pretty quick.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It's close to the airport and the port of you are going on a cruise! I definitely recommend this place!!
