Hotel was really really nice! Me and My Husband enjoyed our stay and it was in a convenient spot where clubs and outings were nearly, very clean and I even forgot my travel toothbrush and hotel staff were kind to give me a few pair for free! The room was really clean and the balcony view was amazing!!

Biggest issue was day of checkin they had us waiting 4 hrs before telling us they overbooked. Even though I had booked room 3 months prior. If I didn’t go to desk wouldn’t have had room. Manager was able to give us another room and bar comps. But woman at desk had told us at first that nothing was available.

Reserved the room for 3 people. However, when we checked in, the bed for the third person was not made. We found the sheet, cover, pillow in the closet. The cover was dirty with some stains on it. There was no towels for the third person either. I had to call the front desk and asked for it. Planning would be better since they charge $ for the third person.

We had to pay 40 dollars for parking every day. Asked for house keeping 3 times before day show up. TV never worked and no one fixed it even though we asked twice.

The property is in a walkable location, near a few bars, restaurants, pharmacies, Publix and Brickell city center. There is construction next door but I didn't find it to but too loud unless. Breakfast was basic but wasn't a bad touch. It definitely could be improved. Hotel room was spacious but didn't have much amenities. Just the bath wash, body lotion, a hair dryer and a steamer. Hotel room could use some refreshing as some areas in the bathroom looked old, and tiles needed to be replaced. My number one issue is the cleaners. Upon checkin, we noticed our floors were dirty and had stains on them. The second day we did not get a house keeper until 5:30 pm which was too late as we needed to get ready for reservations. The third day we went to the front desk to request the room to be cleaned earlier than 5:30. Imagine the shock on my face when we return at 6 pm on the third day and the floor still had dirt, hair strands, and spilled drink marks from the previous guest. I had to ask the cleaner for her broom to start cleaning as I was very annoyed and couldn't even take off my shoes and walk around because the floor felt so dirty. The cleaner did not speak English which complicated the entire ordeal. Fourth day, same thing! New towels, bed had been made but the floor still hasn't been moped. We went five days without getting our room properly cleaned which was a huge inconvenience as we didn't feel comfortable in the room.

The location of the hotel was ideal due to easy transport links. The dining and shopping area was fantastic. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Our room was attended to regularly and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Good stay but cleaning needs attention.
Good: received early check in and late check out. Very stylish space. Nice complimentary breakfast. Nice neighborhood. Lots of space in suite. Bad: suite wasn’t cleaned well, really need to be better. Parking is overpriced in our opinion, if you’re paying for a suite it should be a better price. Too few elevators for amount of floors.

Good location, not very quiet.
Good location, spacious room. Only negative would be how thin the walls and windows seem to be. The room next door got in at 3am both nights and it would wake you up because of how loud it was and you could hear there entire conversation when they were inside or on the balcony wether you wanted to or not.

We loved our stay at Atwell. We went as a family of 3 (2 kids, 1 adult). Lots to do in the area. Tons of shopping. Walkable to many shops. The public transportation station is a 30 second walk from the hotel. There’s a kid park across the street. Brickell centre (an outdoor mall) was also very close. The hotel was amazingly clean. The suites have a downtown condo vibe. Very cozy yet spacious. I thought the continental breakfast could have been a bit better but a fantastic stay. I would recommend and also stay here again anytime.

No none valet option which was a pain for us going in and out. Garbage I saw on the gym floor was still there the next day. The gym was really hot yet the AC was blasting in the all the hallways. I asked for it to be cool in the gym as well. They said they’d send someone but never did. It was so hot in there a lot of people just left. The Kitchenette is a great thing to have but not even a glass or silverware was provided. Just two paper cups. We we’re going to stay here in our way back from the keys but decided to book somewhere else after this. The location was great though and the elevators were fast considering there are 24 floors. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I can speak to that.

Reasonable hotel in south central Miami, convenient to transit. So-so area for walking. Some restaurants nearby, but no stores/shops/convenience near. Room is modern but sparse. Relatively clean. Staff are ok but don't do anything to be especially helpful. Confusion about what breakfast is included in room rate.

The property's location was perfect. In walking distance of the metro, mall and restaurants. The parking is too expensive! $35 per night as a paying guest! That needs to be revisited. The room was not as clean as it could have been. There was hair on the living room, bedroom and bathroom floor. It was as if the room was not swept or vacuumed properly. The suite was spacious. Breakfast was adequate and can be improved. Pleasant and informative staff. Overall this property is a 7. Simple improvements can make it a 9.

We stayed here after disembarking from a cruise. The front desk allowed us to check in at 10 am which was so kind of them. The hotel and our room were both very nice. The happy hour is great as well. It is within walking distance of a plethora of dining, shopping, drinking, and tourist interest spots. The only downside was the amount of noise outside the hotel. The metro line was very loud and there was road construction being done late into the night. I would however stay here again.
