Staff was friendly but it would be nice to have them do events so they know what/how when we asked them questions of how a concert venue was they didn’t know. Maybe keeping them up to date on things like that. The bedsheets were thin and we had a ton of ants in our room.

The property was perfectly located next to the conventions center. Check in was easy, and staff was really nice. The beds were a bit hard, but I still had a good sleep.

I liked the kitchette. However you must pay a fee for utensils. I liked the convenient laundry room. You must get the tokens from the front desk. My dryer did not dry well. All employees were great.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help, offered to show us the room type we booked before we checked in, we adjusted our reservation to 2 rooms for the 4 of us. Always with a smile and even helped us order some food when our apps weren't working. Would stay here again.

This is a safe and clean place to stay if you are planning to not spend time at the hotel, because the amenities are very basic and almost null. But must say its in a very good place if you would like to go to the Mayan Museum or if you need to look for dinner o breakfast nearby.

I found a good price and hotel is conveniently located to Periferico and Paseo Montejo. This was my first time in this brand and I was not aware the clean your room every 7 days. Even though there is a kitchenette in the room, cabinets are empty so there none utensils to cook or make you a sandwich. The beds are comfortable and a grocery store next door is very convenient.

Horrible people
The hotel was basic and that’s fine. Hospitality was horrible. They act like they don’t want to be bothered. Also, they ask if you’re fat or skinny upon check in. This is not a joke, they actually have that question on the form. They tell you about all the things you can’t do but never bother to tell you about the good things, like the fitness center or what’s in the area. They make you leave your ID just to use the iron!! They have my credit card information, I wouldn’t steal the cheap iron. I absolutely hated this place!! My toilet didn’t work, they gave me excuses, she said it was because of lime in the water. I don’t care why. I had to insist on a new room. I didn’t want to call maintenance every time I poop.

Inhospitable hospitality
It was a bit of an odd experience. We went because we were staying for a week and wanted to cook some of our own meals. The place has virtually zero kitchen items. Everytime we asked they had one fork, or a blender but nothing else. We needed to buy plates and bowls and utensils and borrow pots and pans. There isn't even a coffee maker in the room nor downstairs. I liken it to staying at a inhospitable aunt's place who tells you to make yourself at home, but doesn't tell you where anything is or give you access to the stuff you need to do it. The pool was tough to find, out an emergency exit door with no signage sayng where it was. Once we found it we had quite a few random people ask where it was. We weren't the only ones. It's clean, yet they do not clean your room even if you are there for s week. We had to figure out how to empty our own garbages and look for someone to change towels out. There is no broom in the unit so after a week of living, sleeping and eating in it all the stuff you bring in on your shoes sticks to your feet. Simply Inhospitable hospitality

Great hotel with kitchen which is why we came but they don’t provide any kitchen tools or hotel cleaning services like other hotels unless your here for a week. A room can get pretty dirty with no cleaning tools very quickly. Besides that it was great
