Poor communication. I reached out to the property manager a few times to tell him when we would arrive and find out how to access the property. He did not contact me until after I phoned VRBO for assistance. One of the boxsprings was very squeaky and mattress lumpy. The windows and walls were dirty. The binder asked several times for a 5 star review. I would give it 1 star.

Quiet & historic midtown stay
While the place may be a little dated, my group immensely enjoyed our stay. We didn’t think about parking (4 cars) but we were able to park in the street with no issue. The place had plenty of necessities and we had no issues checking in, contacting the host if needed, and no noise from neighbors! We had a blast and highly recommend a stay with this host. Thanks!
